A friend recommended Ericdress as a perfect online shopping site. I saw it worth a try after looking at my friends dress. I therefore ordered a sexy red club dress and I was pleased by the price. It’s very affordable and the speed of delivery is lightening. The dress is very comfortable to wear and fits perfectly.

Items of very poor quality: smells, poor quality material (not as shown), too small, poorly sewn with thread hanging.
Shows European and African models, but sizes are much smaller (Asian). Items comes from China, not North America.
DHLdelivery charges much more than cost of items
Items shipped individually and you have to pay DHL delivery fee for each item.
China phone number, cannot talk to live person
They do not accept return items, I was told items returned would be destroyed, so you end up losing if not satisfied.
No return voucher or invoice in Package as stated in return policy. No instructions to return or who to return it to.

I have never had so much dissapointment from online purchases. I ordered a dress which looked amazing in the picture and promised to be all that. When I received this in the mail 3 MONTHS later, it was covered in dirt stains, the worst material known to man and was ripped in multiple areas. Please, I beg you, do yourself a favour, do not buy anything from eric dress.

Customer service was fast to answer, but slow to resolve issue. I had to email a second time to actually receive an answer. Shipping was very slow, I waited 2 months for my dress to be delivered. If material issue was communicated ahead of time, before I asked about the dress, it would have been a better experience.
The dress fits perfectly, material is beautiful.

2 dresses way to small. I ordered size 16 they are about a size 10. I am trying to return they will not give me a return address. They keep asking me to take pictures. The dresses were $248.00 Can not send back. My son is getting married and a happy occasion is very stressful. I hope I get a chance to return for a refund so far nothing.

They are eager to please with a design you love, with your input, taking as much time as you need to reach that perfect design. We have recommended them to everyone we know! This is an update to a previous review I provided in December 2015. They sent me the completely wrong jacket-a very cheap looking one compared to the $60 one I ordered. Then they ignored my attempts to get it rectified. Finally I got their attention when I wrote my first negative review. They required me to send photos twice of the jacket and labels and then decided it appeared I was sent the wrong item. They asked me to send it to a California warehouse and told me to insure it and get tracking. So, I spent the extra money and mailed it exactly as instructed. I provided the tracking number and saw confirmation that the package was delivered. EricDress is now not responding to any of my emails. I guess they feel happy with themselves getting my money and a jacket back! What a rip-off!

Beware of ordering from them. They have sizes that are way too small. Ordered a size 2XL and it was more like a size 2. Wow, they are so wrong with women's sizes. The company is located in China and to try to get a US address is impossible. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a address and nothing. They don't respond to your questions. Everything is written in Chinese so you can't return it. Such a joke! DONT Order from this company. NOT HONEST!

If any review has more than 3 stars it's a plant. It's been 2 months since my purchase. Tracking number says to moved in China for one day and has never moved again. I hate buying things from scam sites. I was assured it wouldn't be another Chinese scam site by "reviews". Obviously that's a lie. Emailed 3 times to no answer but you will get a RIDICULOUS amount of spam in your inbox. STAY AWAY

Ordered a dress from this company months ago. Paid in full in advance and extra for expedited delivery. Still did not receive dress and I expect I never will. Asked for a refund and they said that they can only refund 40% of the purchase price. In my opinion this is a criminal company with no intent of doing business in a legitimate manner.

After you informed them of my bad review (thank you) I received an email from them telling me that they would give me a full refund only if I changed my review to a positive one. Are you kidding me? This is my money, that I paid for a product that they can not deliver, but now I need to lie about how good they are in order to get my money back? And even if I did so there would be no guarantee that I would ever see my money again? They can kiss my A$$!

Buyer beware... I ordered 2 different dresses of the same size, both did not fit the same and I wanted to return them. They wanted me to have them altered and the cost would have been almost the same cost of the dresses. Their web site does state that they accept returns but apparently their policy is to only refund 50% excluding shipping which their website does not state. I also suspect this is a Chinese company masking around as company from the UK.

Order a dress for wedding. I did not customized the dress. I figured they had a warehouse of dresses that they choose from. Unlike many complaints I did receive my order. It didn't fit and with the dress size measurements it should have been perfect. The chest is to big and the waist to small. I asked to return it and they are doing the same thing the other people are saying. To give it away because it cost to much to return. They charged me a $159.00 yet my invoice in the package states I should have been charged $66.00. Now that I have researched this company I realize that no one gets to makes a return and it seems you only get money back through PayPal or your credit card company and only if you didn't get the item. What a way to rip off America. First you poison us with lead paint now you find away to scam us with our important life events. Not all your fault as I should know to never trust another country in honesty and straight forwardness in business.

I paid for express delivery and my items never came the in window of time. I had to jump through hoops to contact merchant. They did not want to give my refund. I had to go through my bank to get my money back. This website is a scam. Don't do it.

I was late making the order so I had to pay for expedited shipping. EricDress did not let me down. The outfits I had ordered were just as described and arrived with no fuss. I will be using them again but this time will order earlier so as to safe on shipping.

I really love my coat, excellent price, and you get a good quality for it. The look is exactly as the picture and it fits beautifully. I do wish the belt would be attached to the coat. But this is not a deal breaker at all. The shipping and processing was fast.

They were great to deal with, I uploaded my pictures onto their site and selected how many dresses I wanted and my order was delivered two days later. I'm impressed with the quality and efficiency with service and delivery.

My dress was absolutely fabulous! Beautifully handcrafted! One of the best dresses I have worn. I would highly recommend this dress. The measurements for this dress were perfect and it looks awesome with high heels.

I bought a dress in fuchsia. It was for a wedding (which was just last night), and EVERYONE said it's so beautiful. Good quality fabric, fits perfectly, well made. All good, I have nothing to complain about. Well, only one, it's too long for me, I had to shorten it by myself, but I guess it was supposed to be. Anyway, I would definietely recommend this dress. And since this is really good quality, I would like to purchase other dresses here in the future for sure

My top gives a very sophisticated look. For the discerning women, it provides full coverage as well as being stylish. I bought the one is white as well. The only thing I did not like is that the neck is not very tight fitting. It is rather loose, and I feel that would have made this top even more eye-catching. Received a lot of compliments on it.
