I placed a order with his company and i tried to get a delivery date i sent them several message with no responds i went in to try and cancel the order and I could not at this point I think this company is a scam

Ordered a dress from them that had threads hanging off the hem that I didn't notice until I had cut the tag off, making it ineligible for return. I emailed them letting them know and with photos for reference, and recommended they check other dresses from that supplier because I had to trim the whole thing with scissors. They immediately gave me credit for the value of the dress. Very nice of them and great customer service!

One of the most awaited event was my 20th birthday. My mom allowed me to choose the dress that I really liked. My event was fast approaching and it really gave me a hard time. I talked to someone at tbdress if she could ship the Sherri hill dress immediately. Surprisingly, it arrived on 2 weeks before my wear date. You are so Super tbdress!

Great experience. The website is really easy to use. Good clear accurate pictures and descriptions. Payment super easy, once purchase made clear confirmation emails where sent and I was able to track my purchase. The delivery was not super fast but I knew it wasn't going to be as shipping duration was specified at time of purchase. The dresses I ordered were fabulous. Very happy.

Honestly, I loved the product online, like most you of you I was very happy with the price. However when the coat arrived, it had no fur lining as advertised, the coat zipper was broken and the material felt like plastic. To top it all off, if i wanted a full refund - i had to pay shipping which cost the same as the coat... so not much point there. The Customer service rep - Loren - refused to listen to me at all as i explained this and only offered me $15 gift credit to his selection of clothes. However, if i chose this option, i still had to pay for shipping and the fact that I already received a product wholly misrepresented was not ideal and i NEVER want to buy anything from this site again. I asked for a manager, no response. I asked for a full refund, no response. AWFUL AWFUL customer service (and poor communication skills) and here i am, stuck with a coat that doesn't zip or look anything like the one online. DONT BUY.

Have got my mom's dress for my wedding, we were not sure about ordering the dress on line, but we got the dress today and its perfect! We gave custom measurements and fits her well, the color and fabric are very similar to the picture!, I will recommend this site. Thanks!

I really wanted a party dress for my upcoming friend birthday. Browsing through ericdress.com website, this particular beige in color, short yet elegant dress caught my attention and I decided to go ahead and make my order. After all, I still had time to wait for the dress to be shipped as the party was in a month.

I constantly contacted them with my order number and was happy that they always received my calls as well as replied to my emails. They responded to me very politely and assured me that my dress will be ready soon. Some clients claim that the phone number does not go through but it is false, maybe they should recheck the number they dial. My delivery was made one week ago and I am very happy with what I got; exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied and will definitely order more from ericdress.com.

So I ordered two dresses from this site and one is actually a tunic and the other is a shirt. I also was charged a foreign bank fee. It took at least 6 weeks to arrive only to be sorely disappointed. Buyer be "wear", pun intended.
This company messaged me and asked for the ordered numbers, I gave them the information they needed and their response was to apologize that they were too small (they were not) and told me I could send them back. I explained that I had already donated them to charity and could not return. They then responded they would refund half my money back if I would take my review down! Scam Scam Scam!

I ordered a standard dress size and upon receiving the dress, it did not fit me around the hip area as I thought it would. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the measurements were on the website when I ordered the dress and that I would have to dispute any differences. Upon sending video and pictures evidencing the dress didn't fit as expected, they still did not want to let me return my dress or receive any kind of refund. They do not follow their own policy and claim I ordered a custom item. I completely would not recommend this site to anyone who may want to return their items.

I recently bought a dress for my prom from Eric Dresses. The huge collection was remarkable. I purchased a yellow A-neckline dress. It was delivered to me within 3 days. It was just awesome and proved to be a perfect dress that made me look glamorous and attractive in the crowd. I am really happy to buy that dress that earned so many compliments.

I have ordered my items on 16th of December and i paid extra for quick delivery and its so cheating on the shipping rates. Now they have mentioned standard shipping and will never do this mistake again or buy anything with this company. And i will ask all my friends to stop going to this site any more. I ordered a prom dress from this website a month ago and it hasn't shipped yet. My prom is in 4 days. Apparently they had my dress made but never sent it to me. I asked a representative of Ericdress.com and they made me feel like it was my fault when it absolutely was not. After 10 messages sent back and forth they told me they couldn't have my dress on my door step by prom day and would fully refund me. I will never order anything from this website ever again they have ruined my prom. And I have a rather large bust and can never find formal dresses that fit me right in the chest area so buying one from the store is not an option especially with no time for alterations.

I have got my dress and I am so please how pretty it is. Its fit to my body type. I have been short waisted all my life and it has been a challenge for me to buy off the rack. Their specialized custom fit department did a wonderful job. I had ordered a second dress from another company giving them the measurements they asked for. It did not fit at all! But my dress from Ericdress fits so well. I can't wait to wear this dress on my wedding day!

I was nervous to order a dress online for my daughter, because I was concerned about the fit. I would generally purchase her a size 10 in clothing, so I almost ordered a 10. But was I wrong! I used the measurement chart for the dress, and she measured a size 7! Needless to say, the 7 fits well. Great purchase. Very original dress. My daughter will stand out on her Communion day!

All my reasons were erased: the price was extremely reasonable, dress quality was above expectations, size was true to chart, delivery time was less than what was given! I have emailed this company 4 times in the 48 hours I received my gown. I have a short deadline for this gown and the company has yet to respond to me. They are slow to get packages to you, and their customer service is not very good either. I had high hopes for this company, and I will not do business with them again.

I have recently bought a dress on line. Was a bit dubious as it almost seemed to good to be true for the price but the dress arrived very quickly and it's stunning. Fits beautifully and is every bit as good as it looks in the picture.

I placed an order over a month ago. The payment was deducted very swiftly but still no delivery. They promise replies to emails in 24 hours but I have emailed them twice and still no answer and still no delivery. Also, had I known this was a Chinese company I definitely would not have ordered.
