I sew professionally at times, so I can understand the hard work and the hours they put in. The detail and perfect seams even at difficult spots! Thank you for handling my utter anxiety, thank you for shipping so quickly. Your company answered me everytime. That alone was very reassuring. This is amazing quality at a perfect price. This dress was worth every single penny! Your customer service reps are professional under pressure and face very timely responses to questions. Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is *******133505920
Wow, what a beautiful dress... It fit so perfectly and i just can't wait to walk down the isle and sdhow my future husband the dress. I think this site is good. I bought a prom dress from them three weeks ago. To my surprise, the prom dress arrived yesterday. Within around 2 and a half weeks it had been fixed and shipped. Now the most important thing is not actually the speed of shipping but the quality. I checked the dress and what I can conclude is it is what it was in the picture. The chest area was a little creased but was straitened with a single ironing. Not to forget, the great discounts i enjoyed. This site is good based on my experience.
I have made several orders and fully paid for them, order numbers *******, *******, *******, and have received no notification of shipping or tracking, and no reply to my enquires, I am now reading that this whole shopping site is a sham. I am worried not just that the quality might be bad if I do get my orders but that I have been cheated and scammed. I need a reply asap.

Beautiful Dress. The bead work was fine. Like many others I was hesitant about ordering online. THe guide on how to measure was very helpful. I am going to wear my barefoot on the beach so I made the measurement from my neck 2" less and it worked great. WHen I measured the bust area and now have received it I have to get it altered because its too big. So, I would give that some thought, but you can always get it lessened, more it harder, it fits beautifully and the cellulite bumps don't show, which I thought I would need Spanks. SO, great dress, I am really looking forward to wearing this on the Beach in Hawaii in less than 2 weeks!

I bought cardigan from them and received completely different colour,
Instead of turquoise I got something gray! (and poor quality)
I sent it back to CHINA and got receipt from Post office,
Unfortunately I did not send it as registered, because customer service
From Eric Dress said it is not necessary and later on I could not claim to return my money back because PayPal said that my receipt from Post office is not enough!
Lost 20 euro and lot of hours/weeks trying to contact them by email - without any answer.
They sent me an answer just when PayPal started to be involved.
Unfortunately my case was closed and I lost my money!
Be aware of them!

I bought 4 bridesmaids dresses for my wedding 2 did not fit. I got in touch with the customer service and they where very helpful and changed the dresses for me, the dresses are lovely exactly what the picture is really good quality too. Overall I am very happy with the website.

I ordered my dress the evening of 9/23/14 and included my measurements - which is what the site suggest. I also ordered an expedited shipping in that my event date is fairly close and it was being shipped from China. My dress arrived on 10/14/14, as promised and it is perfect. The workmanship is excellent. I will order from ericdress.com again.

Every few months I get these awesome 65% off sale offers on my email, ordering online is pretty simple and I always get the cutest stuff for my 7 year old daughter. The only thing is when looking for baby stuff you may not always get the size you are looking for (but products that are not on sale are always available) Yesterday o got 70% off! I ordered this dress for my upcoming wedding in July. I ordered it custom made to my size. I must say, the quality of the dress is amazing for the price. I don't think I could buy the material in Australia for that. Very happy with my purchase. Have also ordered my bridesmaids dresses and now eagerly awaiting their arrival. The shoes appear tretchorous to actually move about it (LOL) but the wearability is great and there were no "sore spots" that cause those awful little blisters after a few hours of wear. I just love them and i am satisfied.
They have HORRIBLE customer service! I have been trying to reach these people for 2 weeks! I have sent emails and the phone number listed is not a working number. Can't recommend enough. My fellas daughter got married earlier this year and he paid £1700 for her dress. As its our 2nd marriages I looked and ordered mine and its very similar apart from price. Not expecting a lot as I only paid nearly £126. Mine is far better than his daughters. I've seen the horror stories on various sites and was a bit weary, but honestly its absolutely gorgeous. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
After some initial problems with the shipment (delay due to minor item on backorder), which was solved amicably, the package arrived in good shape and by express posting (seller's compensation offer). I am very happy with the product, as described and doing its job already. Overall experience this time a little more complicated than in the past, but I am a happy customer who WILL COME BACK. Thank you all for your problem-solving-attitude! Will use your shop again for our next projects.
I am extrememly happy with my dress. It is beautiful and arrived within one month. I was a little worried about how the beading on the Train would look, but I love it! It does a lot of volume in the skirt, but once I get the wrinkles from being packed out it will sit beautifully.
