Ordered a jacket for winter. Not only was easy to roam the site. It showed the models dimensions so it made it easier to see what it would look like on me. To top it all off, I received the coat the very soon. No question Eridress gets 5 stars.

I have an opportunity to buy from ericdress.com more then once. I am a UK citizen and i must say i took note of how fast they did the delivery.it is relatively cheap to buy from them and quality of their dresses is average.

I was all set to purchase 5 handbags, then I looked for a coupon code and came across this site. Thank you for warning me against purchasing from them... If it's too good to be true, it probably is. I read the positive reviews and it blew me away that they think any American would actually buy that crap - the good reviews (EVERY ONE OF THEM) was obviously written by an employee of the company - none of them are written in proper English and I don't trust that one single bit. Buy American! At least you know what you are getting!

After a year of planning my wedding and trying to find some place that could make a plus Size wedding dress, we finally found it. Within a month of communication with the site, we had created a way better design than we originally planned! It was so easy even buying the dress from them. It was even completed 2 weeks earlier than expected so we had more time to plan for the wedding. We cannot give enough credit to this company and their workers, we are so pleased with the service and the dress. It is true that I'm a cocktail party goer. That is a fact I cannot dispute. I have an addiction with dancing and the Friday club party is the best place I can get rid of this feeling. Over the years have been club dancing I have learned that without a nice club dress it is almost impossible to enjoy an evening party. This is why Ericdress has been my closest friend and has always kept my wardrobe updated. My latest to dresses arrived last Friday I had one on Friday and am yet to have one soon. Cheers!

I tried to purchase a men's sweater on Ericdress but their website said Payment failed. And then they took the money out anyways, a total of $62.85 The website showed the progress of the purchase, and now the product is lost in transit and Ericdress refuses to refund the amount of $62.85 Their reason for this is that the product is now in my country the US, but the product was never released to the USPS.

If your Willing to wait the time depending on where you live it's all worth it. My dress took about 2 to 3 weeks because I live in Iowa, but once it got here I was extremely satisfied with the results. My dress looked amazing, the material was perfect, the size was perfect, and you could definitely tell it was that "one of a kind dress" all girls talk about. I was definitely worried when I got on this site because I never heard of it but I was able to track my package so I wasn't too nervous. I also got a phone call from SF express (the shipping company) saying the packaging information was incomplete and they would like to get it situated and make sure it got to the right customer so I was definitely pleased with that. I give Eric dress a 10 out of 10!

For a long time, I haven't considered some things when shopping online until when I ordered for my most recent dress that was delivered to me just the other week. I realized that speed matters a lot. I ordered for my dress from EricDress and they delivered it so fast that I didn't even wait long for it. I am so happy to be associated with this store. For the first time in a long time, I am smiling because of my purchase. Excellent delivery services I can say.

I ordered a dress from the site in early September. It is October and my daughter's homecoming was tonight and I still don't have the dress! I ordered the sane dress from another company and received it in three days. When I contacted ericdress, they would take multiple days to respond. When I explained that I wanted a refund, they stated I would only get half the refund! No dress, the event is over, dress still not shipped, but I am not owed an entire refund?! Worst company ever! Avoid them.

I received the boots on the exact date that was given to me. I didn't know what to expect as regards quality as I have never had anything from this company before but I was very please with the boots as they were better than I thought they would be. The dresses I buy from Eric are good for me. I am petite so they fit me well. I like the styles and the colors and the fabric, They have good quality cotton and good quality linen dresses, sometimes beautiful silk dresses. My order was never lost. Their customer service needs improvement. You can exchange the item in your order which is not available anymore for something else or you can get a credit. The sandals I bought are very light and comfortable, love them. They also have beautiful winter scarfs. I buy them for the presents and my friends love them.

I bought this pair of shoes from Ericdress.com. The quality of these shoes is great. They have smooth edges which makes it easy to walk in them. The price is totally great. I didn’t expect to get such a pair of stiletto shoes for 50 bucks.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the coat that I ordered. It looks like the picture, but for it to be a value of a $145.00 coat, it isn't. I ordered an XL because of having it a little bigger because of wearing a sweater in the winter with the coat. I can not even get my arm in the sleeve. I think if things are going to be made oversees, someone needs to let these people know that American people are not built the same, with a small structure like they have. I will not order again, I will not send it back because of seeing all the reviews of people who have sent things back and the problem they are having. I will hunt someone in need of a coat and give it to them. You got me once, but you won't get me again.

Bull$#*!! I got a dress looked like a Halloween custom a bad one they want properly respond with a return address or give me my money don't mess with these people bad company they don't have the dresses in the picture!

Based on my personal encounter with the site, I came to a conclusion that: The site has Fantastic artists and craftsmen making affordable fashion designs. Their worksmanship is exceptional, and they'll work with you to design a totally unique fashion piece. Their staff is great and very creative. They source their materials ethically and use high quality fabric. I'd recommend the site to anyone.

Placed order Jan 11. No email confirmation of purchase or any receipt. After many messages on Facebook, email, and website finally received a email confirmation for requested refund. 15 days after refund requested still no refund and no product. Poor correspondence poor company. Do not shop ever again.
