I received the wedding dress today. I ordered it to weeks ago. The customer service had instructed me to wait for 14 to 21 days. It was just 14 days yesterday. The time requested by the site was to make sure the dress passed the quality test and well customized. It was worth the wait because the dress fits well. I am yet to have my wedding on match. I will not hesitate to buy again from them. Thank you so much for the great service…

The gown I ordered came packaged nicely and the quality of the gown was superb! There were no loose stitches. I ordered a custom size gown and it fit perfect! Definitely will order from Eric dress again. I wish I had known about this company before I bought my wedding dress for my 25th anniversary, I would have saved tons of money! Thank you Eric dress.

I am waiting for my order since 6 weeks and they are keep telling me stories, and stories.
Once... they don't have one of my item, ok, I gave them another one, second time... again, they don't have another item... gave them tree choices... finally, after a month I received an email as my order is shipped out to me... ok... I am waiting two weeks... but of course, no order... emailed them. Again and guess what... the response is... they don't have ANOTHER ITEM!
How is that if you emailed me as you already shipped out my order?

I have been going back and fourth with ericdress to refund my money to me for 5 months and they would not please do not buy from that company i sent their dress back but cannot get my money i have begged and begged and they claim that there is something wrong with my Pay pal account and that's not true anyone buying from them be prepared to get trash for your money or you would not get your money back

Few people has a good eye quality and dealing with lots of stuff everyday, but for us men we can only deal on them one at a time, my girlfriend and i is having a monthsary this tuesday and i want to surprise him with a new look and a new clothes.

I had a variety of choices to make. With the fast delivery all the bridesmaids’ dresses arrived on time. The quality was never compromised. Based on the measurements we gave to the customer service, the dresses had been produced since they fitted well.

The dress arrived today and I love it. Ill have to have it altered down from bust to waist a bit, but that was expected due to weight loss. I bought two dresses, each dress was much shorter than what was pictured on the website. They were more the length of a long blouse. They were also not very well made. I was very disappointed. I will not shop with them again.

I bought a dress for valentine for my fiance through tbdress. I did not know much about dresses since i have never bought a dress. But they advised me to send a picture of her which i did and they told me what size she was. I then went to their online store and selected a nice black dress( did not want the red cliche usually associated with valentine). All in all i got my dress and my fiance was very happy which made me happy. I still remember how happy she was as i write this review

I never write reviews but for this dress I had too. Every positive review you read for this dress is true. The fit is amazing. The quality feels so expensive. I cannot believe that the dress fits the same way on me as it does on the model, even better actually since I have more boobs lol. I was a little worried that I wouldn't get it in time since I needed it in a week but I placed my order on Wednesday and got it on Monday. The customer service was amazing. No matter how many times I bombarded them with my messages they replied promptly. Thank you so much. I will buy all my future dresses from you.

Would not recommend this site to anyone. I was stung when I bout a dress for customs duty, so cost me another £28 on top of delivery and goods etc. I wouldn't have minded so much if the dress itself was nice, it is awful and very cheap and tacky. Considering it was a prom dress for £90! So wasn't off their bargain basement... £ 149 out of pocket.! STAY AWAY!

I bought 2 items, the first one took about 5 weeks and the second one 9 weeks. The quality of the material was poor, the lining of both sleeves of the jacket is longer than it should be, the sewing patterns are unprofessional. I am not happy with my purchased.

I ordered shoes and I had them express mail it to me but I have not received it. It'll be a week tmrw and guess what? No shoes. I tried putting in my order number and transaction number both said it's not recognized. I will NEVER buy again from this site!. I've never had any issues like this when ordering online. I sent them my receipt via picture message but they responded saying it was not recognized. Please stay away! Stay far far away from this site. I don't post reviews much but because I'm so upset and in disbelief I have to share with others who don't know!. Run!
