Ericdress was easy to navigate. It started with start shopping now and then it gave a list of what type of dresses you were looking for, then it pops up to the next page which is the style you are looking for. Upon clicking dresses, it gave me hundreds of images of the different dresses that you could chose from. Then it asks you the size and you click on it to add to your shopping cart. I selected one beautiful dress and delivery was free. Then it asks you your shipping details and that ends the process and finally displays your order number. They also send one to your email address. The delivery took one week to arrive and i was very happy with the item.

I got this site from my sister, and at the time didn't order anything much from them but when I did start, my first order I was very satisfied with it, size and fit was perfect, shipping was a bit long but it was worth the wait.

Site uses a fake VeriSign seal, this technique is often used by phishers.

My dress was so beautiful when I received it. It was made beautifully and it looked right. I ordered it in Orange and it turned out orange, It is so gorgeous!. It was just a bit long, as I ordered a size 4 instead of a custom size to save money, but that is an easy fix and I am very happy with it!

It fits perfectly and there is no need for alterations except for the small bit of length! I can wait to wear this to my High School Formal!

I purchased a dress and the quality was poor and it didn't even look like the dress that I ordered I was not able to get a refund they just wanted to keep giving me money off and if I sent that back they were going to give me less than half back and only after they seen it. So I'm sure they would of said something was wrong with it and not give me anything

It's OK. Although It took a little long to arrive it is a fact that the dress I ordered was made and shipped to me. It is designed to my size and so fits me. It is well designed. The color varies a little bit from what I ordered, as in, It is brighter. But it is still within my color range and I like it. Hope next time it would be shipped faster than it took.

I placed a order on March 27th and was quick to take my payment. I received email notification on April 8th stating order has been shipped. Still waiting. Emailed them to see and they are slow to respond. Will never use this company again.

I ordered 2 dresses at the same time, that arrived seperately. The first dress was AWFUL, not the same color and certainly not the same as in the picture. I literally threw it away when I got it.
The second dress was ordered using the color they used on their image. The image was of a light lavender dress, and I received a white dress.
They tell you to email customer service, but they do not bother answering you-so basically I will be throwing this dress away as well.
All in all, I will never be ordering from them again.

I purchased a beautiful dress for my niece from Ericdress.
The website was very easy to use, has a variety of personalised products and delivers the items in a timely manner- i received my item in less than two weeks which was good considering that the dress were personalised with my niece.
The dress arrived in perfect condition and looked exactly as they were described on the website.
Since giving my niece the dress (which she loved) i have also purchased a couple of other items of the website and all have been great.

I ordered a green Erirdress, the quality of fabric was not as I thought it would be but I still liked the design, the size was too small so I contacted the company within two days of receiving the item; 24 March 2015. I requested that I could sent the item back and get a larger size... The company responded by asking me to confirm my order number, which I did with the second email... Up until now I still have not received any more correspondence... I would never order anything else from this company. At the bottom of the email they invited me to view their website and place an order... Now why would I place a new order when the current order has not been resolved.

I ordered a dress in march, I ordered with plenty of time for it to be to me on time for prom. I contacted them multiple times with the same response, that it would make it to me on time. I was promised tracking number and everything. Prom is in 5 days. Unless it gets sent to me overnight express I know it won't get to me in time. Of course I don't have money to buy a new dress. This is really depressing, I didn't get to go to first prom and now this one :(.

This site is wonderful and when you sign up, you receive a voucher with no minimum spend.
I have ordered a new dress and it is of great quality and well-worthed. Even if there was without the voucher, it is lightweight and comfortable.
The clothing on the site is of reasonable prices, it's especially good when they go on sale.
