Dress is fantastic value for money. I ordered this in black and it looks stunning. I ordered a standard 12 and i have to have it taken in a little and the length is too long, but i was expecting that.

Great quality all round.

If I could I would give EricDress ZERO stars. We ordered a Holloween costume and paid $24 for "expedited shipping" only to find out that it took two more additional days to even process our order -- way to go on that "expedited" order. Now we are without the costume for our Holloween party. Very disappointed.

Don't buy anything from them, their return policy sucked. They're a sham. I bought sports coat from them I returned it the same way I got it and now they're telling me It's defective and I couldn't even fit in the damn thing so I never even wore it. I have to pay $14 to get a new item. At this it's just $#*! them

Be careful using their size chart... I went by their size chart and was way to big. Tried to return it and they told me that I had to pay for the cost of the labor and material, plus shipping, this was not a custom order it was a standard size 8 In other words I had to pay for the dress again just to return it, and they get the dress back. Would never buy from them again

This place is the worst ever. I purchased dresses and paid for express shipping. I wrote them and they took a week to respond to an email. Which would put me out of the refund window. The dresses took over a month. No communication or willing ewww wot work woth me. There website states that I must return to LA site. But they still to refuse to send me the address

I like the fact that the coat was designed in a way that one can hardly tell it is a coat. I got it and the coat has helped heat up my cold mornings as I work to the train station. It was quite cheap and quality.

I have been skeptical about purchasing shoes from this site, due to the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised about the quality and similarity to the site. I love these shoes. Some look even better in person. I would definitely purchase from this site again.

So after reading all these reviews i was scared but i got my dress and it is not bad for the price i paid. The cloth inside the dress only covered my knees and that is the only issue i have. It is really pretty. I also think that sleeves are too wide and i dont like to show my underarms. But still i love the dress and i am going to wear it.

I was sceptical at first about ordering my wedding dress on-line. Once my order came in and I tried it on I was very impressed, it was beyond my expectations. I got the best dress last week. I ordered a prom in glittering blue for my formal with my friends. Unexpected to arrive early. The fit was perfect only the color was missed out, I want it in aqua blue but I received it in royal blue. Anyway I still love it as long as it's blue.

Completely disappointed with with that online shop. Order suits, cost me 150£. When get a suit it been too smal. Customer service tell me send back and I get refund or replace a new one. And now I don't have anything. No money and no suits. Don't buy anything from ERICDRESS newer!

Hello guys am from Sweden. I recently ordered a dress and just got it at home. The dress came in perfect conditions and it really lives up to the photographs on the website. The size was just right (I used the measurement table on the website) and all I have to do is adjust the hem of the dress as it is a bit taller than I am. The delivery was really quick and the customer service was incredible, really responsive and useful. If I ever have another party this is the website I'll go to! Thanks!

The color of the dress might be a little different from the picture of the website. But the color makes me look younger and more beautiful than usual.And the price was reasonable. Thanks very much to ericdress.

Initially I was very concerned about ordering a dress online especially a dress that was for an important event. I chose to have the dress customized so that way I was sure it would fit and everything turned out perfectly. I received so many compliments and I was the only person at the event wearing this dress. I plan to order every dress I need in the future from ericdress!

I have had lot of shopping experiences, but I have to speak highly of my favourite site, ericdress.com, which is a best site I have never seen. This shopping gave me a good impression and I will never forget it!

I got my dress for prom. It arrived within two weeks (to Canada) and it fit almost perfectly.

It`s a very long train but I knew that before I bought it and already planned on getting it hemmed. It was a little loose in the bust/tummy area but that was an easy fix at the tailors.

All in all, it was great and I wasn't too worried about it getting ruined or stained.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a lovely gown from Ericdress. I made a mistake with my measurements. Ericdress notified me to correct my measurements. However I failed to get it right. The notified me a gain ( via email). After my many mistakes. I received my beautiful dress in a timely manner.

I don't know what you guys ordered but my order number ******* was great. Nothing was broken, all of it was of GOOD quality, i said good not the best but what do you expect perat about $30 each. It's cheap as and it was delivered fast, what more do u really need?

Purchased 3 dresses in an XXL (I looked at the sizing on the website and measured myself). When the goods came, they were only fit for a child and were nowhere near the sizes stated on the site. The quality was also very poor, with unfinished hems and rucked seams.

When I contacted them to return the dresses, they told me to take them to a tailor to alter them, or give them away as gifts! I have never experienced such bad customer service. They are avoiding taking the goods back because of some excuse about customs.

They are not the sizes as described and they are shoddy and badly made.

Never buy from this site. If I could give their customer service no stars, I would.

FYI. Noticed that Eric Dress advertise on this site. Please don't buy from them unless you don't care about your rights as a customer! Site Jabber should seriously consider whether they want to be associated with a company that sells such bad quality goods and has such poor customer service.

I was going to buy a pair of Gorgeous sandals on this site! Guess what? Thanks to all the reviews, I decided not to. I don't want to go through the headaches of being robbed of my money, and not getting my item. These wesites from China are the worst! I had a bad experience on ebay with a seller from CHINA! I never received my item. I did receive a full refund! So that makes me happy. Do not order form this site or Shoepie!
