I will never use this site again! Ordered boots for the wife for Christmas on December 5th, 2014, and it is now January 15th, 2015 and have still not received them. They have not even reached Canada yet, apparently still in-bound!. I've contacted the service department, and responses i got suck, such as "So Sorry", "Hope you can wait a little longer." or the best one "It has shipped and out of our hands". Oh and every time response they tell me to check the tracker, which is the best part cause it, it says it was shipped from China on the 14th and 20th of December, so must be getting 1 boot in each delivery!. Can't get a straight response from this company.

I really am worried when I saw the handful of bad reviews, especially since I had placed an order on12/6/2014. It came today 10/7/2014 and I am glad I ordered. It will need minimal adjustments, (the dress has a train, we don't want a train so it will be removed at a tailor) and the strap is long (very easy fix). The rest of the dress is beautiful. I am glad I bought from here. The designer dress I wanted was twice the price and it had to be altered too, so I saved a lot of money.

I ordered a dress in XL when it finally came, it was more of an XS. No stretching. The quality was horrible. Didn't look at all like the picture. They tried to tell me that I couldn't send the dress back as their warehouse is in China. I had already read return info, and screenshot what it said. That there is a place to send returns in California. I opened a dispute with PayPal, then ericdress tried to tell me to close the dispute and they would refund the money. PayPal says not to do this. Ericdress told me to disregard what PayPal says... I ended up escalating my dispute with PayPal and getting my refund. They are horrible to deal with.

My shopping experience (total deals around 1200$) with ericdress results to me that it is a guaranteed online store. I bought 5 homecoming dresses and some fashion jewerly and 3 pair of shoes, in addition to the good prices. Also, their customer service is great, they emailed my about my shopping experience and they said they care about their customer's shopping experience at their store.?

Here Id like to share my 1st online shopping experience from eridress which is from China. I ordered 2 pcs pull over sweater, the goods cost 43USD, shipping cost is 12 USD, so total is 55 USD, and they offer me 10% discount coupon for first id. So at last, the declared value is 50 USD. So everything is perfect. When I received the package, I feel so excited since I didnt expect to get it so fast. The sweater comes with original colors, the material is good and fits perfectly look fantastic.

They not only will find a reason to delay your shipment but it will take more than 3 weeks to receive and the quality isn't even worth it. They held my shipment for almost two weeks because one of the items was no longer in stock. There shipping company you can't even google to see if it actually exists. "DKS" and tell you to download some app that I wouldn't trust in order to find out probably more of what you don't or ge further scammed. This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had and I would never believe any positive reviews because there only there to falsely offset the ratings.

For me, shopping from ericdress is an exprience of enjoyment as I find all fashion i look for every time I need that. With their competitive prices, I make my shopping saving a little money as savings as well as it is possible to find sold there.

OMG! Seriously and seriously I love this dress. I ordered this dress because people said it is a bit long. I am not tall (I must say that I am short!) but love the length of the dress. It is very ELEGANT! I followed the size description and the medium size is also PERFECT for me! It looks like a custom made dress. Love you guys :D

Let me start with saying I am extremely appreciative to everyone who helped me at ericdress. They saved me from a miserable existence because that is what my life would have been made by my daughter if ericdress hadn't come through like they did. Our search for a Senior Ball gown started off real bad to begin with. We went to other stores and every dress she liked either didn't have her size or not the right color. Every time she got her heart set on a dress they would get back to us and it was either discontinued or they couldn't get it here in time. We had all been given up specially after we ordered a dress on line through a company that I think wasn't a real dress company to begin with. I finally ordered from ericdress and was very pleased

I will not be hassled about my return on this. I have followed the return directions and all I'm getting is BS. I expect a full refund. The dress is in the original bag with original tags. My son's wedding is 5/19/19 and since your dress was so disproportionate in size, I am returning it. I have purchased another dress. You will not get away with scamming me. I expect a full refund and a PROMPT resolution of this.

Eridress is an addiction my wallet is still reeling from, but this site has fantastic goods and even better service. Customer service is well trained and knowledgeable- the pricing is the best during sales. Just wonderful like the stores.

I recently purchased a dress from their evening wear collection and have to say that I was very impressed. The material used for the dress obviously isn't as fantastic as the designer dresses as they imitate (which is of course expected) but overall construction of the garment I woud have to say is very well.

This is some of the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. Their shipping is first of all really expensive second of all not fast at all it's Taken 2 months no package yet I've been getting no updates I've gotten three in the span of two months that are actually useful.the package was supposed to be here by my birthday because it was my birthday present it has been three weeks since my birthday and I have not received a package I'm not received an update that it's even in my state or that it's even in the United States

I loved the dress I ordered it fit perfectly. I was stunning at the New Year Eve's Ball. But the jacket and the 2 sweaters do not fit. If you have thick arms Even the 1Xl didn't work. But they are beautiful items. Very disappointed that I couldn't wear them.

I am very disappointed with my order, first of all when we order online, you guys never tell customer that i have to pay customs and duties. When I got delivery at my door they wanted another $40 for custom and tax. Second, when I opened my packet, I was very disappointed with the quality of clothes, they are so cheap that even cleaning clothes have better quality. Third, I ordered Large size for my clothes, all sizes are look like small size, None of the clothes fits. Basically I end up wasting my money ($250) and time. I would never use your website and will never recommend anyone to use your website to buy anything from you guys. You guys made fraud and rip off my money. I wasted my money, now I am going to put my reviews on all website and will file complaint against Eric dress through my lawyer. I need my refund or you guys need to resend my order properly, and I will not pay any taxes or Customs. I bet, you guys loose loose all your customers like this.

I never received the item that I purchased. I waited one month before contacting them to ask what the issue was. I received an email saying that the item was not in stock and that it wouldn't be in stock for a long time but I could "choose another item". I replied saying that I did not need or want another item, just the one that I paid for already and if it wasn't in stock I wanted a refund. I got another email back telling me they would give me 15% off for an exchange. At this point, I am livid. I told them I wanted a full refund immediately and opened multiple disputes demanding a refund and I still haven't heard back. Ericdress literally robbed me and there's no way to contact someone who will help you.

I arrived at the site from Google search. I was looking for 2015, latest party dresses. Driven by the price in the site, I quickly found what I wanted and ordered. Though I missed the New Year sales by hours, the price was still worth buying the dress. The dress arrived shortly after and I will shorten the review by saying I have Never Regretted Buying the dress.

I ordered 7 dresses from this company and had to return all 6 items as they were sized wrong, either too small or too large. The seventh item was never shipped but had been paid for. There is no consistency in the sizing of their items.
My total purchase was $316.00Cdn, plus duties of $100.00Cdn and then to add insult to injury another $115.40Cdn to return the items to China. Many emails were exchanged and I must comment that the emails were hard to read as several of the lines were blurred together making the corresponds difficult. In the end I did receive a refund of approx. $209.00, this was the worst experience that I have had to date with any online vendor.
BUYER BEWARE, the product is not what is advertised, fabric is flimsy, sizing is not consistent, communication is poor and the refund process is painfully slow and laborious.

The dress I ordered from Ericdress was perfect, I love it. The customer service team was very helpful and always available to all my requests. The delivery was so fast, I received the dress exactly after 20days from the day I placed the order. The dress fitted me perfectly and it was more beautiful then I expected.
