I purchased a dress for my grandaughters wedding and was just so pleased with it. The workmanship is beautiful, the beading and embroidery is immaculate and it arrived in record time. This is the first time I have purchased from EricDress but it wont be the last.

I have bought a beautiful dress off of eridress and I am so glad that I bought it. I was looking for a dress to go for a party and I think i found the perfect dress. This dress is called "White Long Sleeve Hollow Lace Dress". I bought this in a size small and it hugs all my curves perfectly. The best thing about this dress is that it is very versatile also. I can wear this during the day or the night, just change my shoes and I am good to go. I highly recommend you check this out!

Sleeves are good, but roundnecks are better, i was very happy to see a very good high quality yet unique design of round neck sleeve, you see i had one but me and my family transfered to a new home and i don't what happen but i seem to forgot my sleeve.

I ordered a dress and received it 2 months too late and 2 sizes too small. I ordered a size 10 and they sent me size 6. I confirmed with my seamstress that the cut of the dress is size 6. I explained that to Customer Service and they will NOT accept an exchange or return. DO NOT order from here.
BAD BUSINESS!

This website is ridiculously fraudulent I ordered 2 different size seakers for woman. And when the order finally came the product of the shoes was so poor I wouldn't let a homeless person who needed shoes put that trash on their feet. I sent a complaint and no one has responded. I sent them their garbage back and I will be calling my credit card company ASAP... BUYER BE WARE!

I paid for the above order on line on 19/03/15 and was informed it would be delivered within 4-6 day. To date I haven't recei it and on enquiry I was only told that the item is out of stock. I had to enquire, not them contacting me with an apology and what they are going to do to remedy the situation. On several occassions I've seen the item with the same size I ordered being advertised, yet I'm told I haven't received mine because it's out of stock. As far as I'm concerned after my experience the are rip off. I paid more than £30 for the item and all I'm told us that it's out of stock full stop.

This dress is nothing like the picture. It was cheaply made. If I could upload a picture of the dress they sent me you guys would think twice about ordering from them. I had a ball to go to and I had to go out and buy a new dress. I sent the dress back and they never gave me my money they said it's my problem now. Please don't order!

I have never gone through a site like ericdress.com I found it the best in its category. One can notice how is to deal with, the photos, the description anf the prices provided in the site is competitive.

I ordered a Mother of the Bride Pantsuit. The pants were too long. The top that was not made to the same spec as the pants, so it does not properly fit over the waistline as it does in the advertisement. The outfit is beautiful, but you can't wear it unless you're an amazon with strange proportions. I sent three messages since I received the package on 6/22/19, and the only correspondence I have received from them is that they have received my messages. I will never order from them again!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's dance. I was concerned about the time frame and the fit. I measured her and ordered accordingly. It came with a week to spare and fit her perfectly. The dress was gorgeous and high quality. I couldn't be more pleased. We will be ordering again from ericdress.com

I put In 2 separate orders with these people waited for more than a month with a random email here and there saying my items were on the way, then a day or 2 later an email stating they had none of the clothing items on neither one of my otders. One totaling $48, the other $87... I have made demand of my refund which they refunded me finally after several emails demanding! They returned $37/ out of my $48(dont know why I did not receive all of it!... I still have not received my refund for$87! I have sent them email requesting my refund at least 4-5 times! They are keeping my $ and refusing to return my money... I have no merchandise and they have my money!. Now I'm going through the process how I can get my money back from these creeps! I will never shop with them again. And you shouldn't either. They dont have a return policy if your order does not workout. They just keep your money!

They tricked me into buying a profit that I will probably never see, I searched and searched every carrier with the order tracking number and was not successful I also sent in several emails about my order and still nothing this is so unfair and not right I want a full refund

I receive products from Tbdress.com and it's really the best shopping online website!
I'm very satisfied by the quality of products I received, all is similar to the picture of the articles on the website.
Shipping was fast as well, and the service is kind!
Quality of the products, the website, the shipping is similar as website well-known as Asos for exemple!

This company is the worse I have ever dealt with. I ordered from them and they didn't have the merch in stock, they wanted me to replace it and the replacement I chose they didn't have in stock! So I asked for a full refund and they refused to give me a full refund, only a partial. WTF!? They quick to take your money but hard to get it back. Can't even call these crooks. Buyers, beware..

Overall it was good, first time I did a purchase the customer service, shipping and the clothes I bought were amazing. Second time not so good, altought I paid the expedited delivery service my order not arrived on time for an event I have planned. However I love the site, the clothes and quality, so I'm sure I will buy again :)

If you have to return something it is a nightmare. The clothing is of poor quality and if you try to return, they don't want to give you the return information. In fact, they want you to try to resell the. Loathes that you want to return. It's taken me weeks of emails and holding on the phone to customer service for 40 minutes.

I'm going to chalk this one up to WTF was I thinking.

My custom dress arrived with the waist measurement all wrong, they made it about 8cm too large. When I complained, they have told me that the photos don't prove anything (even thought they clearly show the waist is the wrong measurement). I am trying to send it back so they can see it but they aren't responding.

They told me to take it to a tailor to adjust it! After paying good money to have them make the dress properly!

I have ordered off jjs house, much better service and quality. I had no issues with them if you are after a custom dress.

Beautifully made dress, the quality was actually better than I thought it would be. The dress was a bit snug, I wish I ordered a size up. I'm 5'5,138 pounds, bra size 34D and I ordered a 6. It was snug around the upper part of my back.

Taking the fashion on the whole new level. A pretty rare design and pair of unique shirt I got form ericdress. I once wore one of this when i was in sophomore year and i look like a $#*!. But this is a different story this is one of my favourite design so far.

I just recieved this dress on Tuesday afternoon. It is gorgeous! I ordered it in Dark blue and it's beautiful and well-made. I had it made to fit and the fit is perfect! This is the second dress I've ordered from dresswe and and I would recommend to anyone. Thank you ericdress!

I ordered 2 pair of boots for myself, was hoping to have a couple of pairs of comfy boots for the winter, I had ankle replacement surgery so I needed something I could get on and off easy, I recieved the boots 15 days later, which was fine I loved the boots, the problem was they was no where near my size 7, the shipping was so high i didnt mind paying for it once but to sent it back would cost as much as a pair of boots, they look like a children pair of boots that would a child around 7 or 8 years old. I really don't know what to do about this problem i think the shipping was 30.oo dollars so not reasonable to ship back because that would be a cost of 60.00 for the orginal shipping plus the new shipping. Any ideas 4 me?
