Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was looking for a outfit that was african attire since the last Company I ordered from (Burlap) took my money and never sent me my product. I realizes quickly that after that I had better start researching prior to sending these websites I have never heard of my money. I received my dress yesterday but unfortunately it is to small. What is the best way to return the dress and get a larger size?
Also I would like to change the colour. Will this be a problem for me? The dress is beautiful with different colours of beading (or rhinestones) on it. What happens when you order a different colour, do they change the colour of the rhinestones to match the colour of the dress?

Items come from China, but only found out when I ordered a coat size large and it didn't even fit my size 6 sister since items run extremely small. I emailed Ericdres and the says it wasn't worth my while to return it cause I'd have to pay for postage to China. Totally misleading website and now I'm stuck with an item which I was originally looking forward to, but now I have no use for

I have been waiting for a month to get my order and it has not even been shipped yet. I keep getting the same repetitive email response. I just want my dress. I want the dress I ordered, and I want it soon! I feel as though I have been taken advantage of and that I was scammed! Once I get the dress I ordered I will NEVER order from ericdress again!

The products on ericdress look exacly as on the website, including the measurement, the colors and the style.the goods is beautiful and has a good quality, we can buy many cheap but high-quality products there.
I purchased 3 dresses that were sizes larger than my size and when I received them I was very surprised that they were very short and wide. The quality was also very poor.
When I tried to return the dresses Ericdress responded that there wasn't a way to return the dresses and instead suggested I donate them or sell them and I could get a discount on purchasing more dresses!
Be aware that you will not be able to return products that do not fit. I was not aware that I could not return products. This has been a huge waste of my money.

I have very bad experience with this company they are laier, they make offers and promotions then, when you orderd you found another thing, they make an offer that the shipping is free and when I orderd the shipping company asked me for charges, and they also send me the order with missing items, and I sent them every day mails, but they don't care about it, they took money with out give me my things...

Last month I ordered Luxurious A-line Sleeveless Sweetheart Knee-Length Sequin from Ericdress. It is everything I wanted for that time and you can't imagine how I felt when I got it last week. I can't wait to wear it for a Christmas evening party! I highly recommend this site.
I ordered 2 items from Ericdress 12/8 an they took my money out of my bank account with in 10mins of making order! Nothing has happen with my order ever since that day! I sent them an email with no responce as of yet. It's been 3 days now. There is no other way to contact them either! If you read through the reviews with problems you see they send the same message to everyone! If I don't get my order or my money back by Monday I'm turning this company in! This is the first online company I have ever had this much trouble with. I do 90% of my shopping online. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I brought 3 coats from EricDress as christmas presents. They arrive very quickly. The problems are all 3 coats are very small even know they are a medium and large. My friend who is a size 3 US can not fit the large. One coat came with a broken lapel and was dirty (it looked like someone throw up on it), the secound coat was saposed to be wool and it was fleece and made very poorly, the third did not look like the coat I ordered. Now I am having a problem contacting the company to return the items. Do not buy from this web sight.

Order was placed June 19 and has not arrived as of Aug 13. The tracking service provided is a joke informing cus their order is a sub order, it has been looked at, it is in stock, it is approved, it has been inspected, it has been packed, it has been shipped, but not where it is.
Ericdresses helped me sort out problems that i had they have done a great job in responding and helping out. I do reccomend angry customer talking to them with probles because they do come out with solution
I will absolutely under no condition recommend this place. Extremely slow delivery even when paying for fast shipping. All orders look NOTHING like there online photos. CHEAP, DISHONEST DESPICABLE COMPANY! WANT A REFUND!? Won't matter, they will finally offer you a full refund, you'll have to pay to ship item back, and at that point they will NEVER process your refund. Save every bit of your money, time and frustration and shop elsewhere. This company disgusts me!
Would you believe that I've not even had the opportunity to purchase anything yet because I cannot get a single customer service rep to answer 2 simple questions. The first was about 3 contradictory return/refund policies that I sent them screenshots of from their website and the second was on color discrepancies and the possible availability of color swatches. It was clear from the start that not only were they incompetent because three different reps within a week responded, none of whom emailed off of my original message nor answered either of the questions posed, one of them called me by the wrong name, another didn't know if I had placed an order or not; and sadly they all showed no grasp of the English language. Each time I responded I included a copy and paste of the original email and not once were the issues addressed. It is scary that there may actually be Ericdress customers who experience problems with the company because if this is the response that occurs when someone like myself who just has questions prior to placing an order experiences then I dare say fraud is there are underlying motive when conducting business.
I ordered 4 "gorgious" dresses from the site... Delivered later than promised. Quility is TERRIBLE. Not a single lable! No return address or label. Worst experience ever! This company has no shame! Just thieves! I already warned about this company all my friends and acquaintances.

I bought a jacket from EricDress and couldn't be happier with their service and the garment. The personnel I contacted were professional, polite, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The jacket itself is very well made: beautifully cutand therefore flattering to the bodydetailed and well finished. The price was far far less than similar jackets elsewhere and the quality of the material is outstanding. How they do such a good quality garment for the price I don't know.
Unfortunately I did not measure myself correctly so I bought a size that is a little snug on me, so I've given it to my sister, my very happy sister, and have orders another for myself.
Even though I live in Australia it arrived quickly and the cost of delivery was minimal.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Their products are poorly made and ill fitting. They make returning it impossible. I have been going back and forth with them since early July in returning a dress. Even using FedEx to send it back (yes, I know that costs more than the dress but it is the principle) and they are making receiving it very difficult for FedEX.The FedEx International Distressed Shipments Team is now involved and a series of a dozen emails and attempts to deliver are all ignored by EricDress Customer Service.
