Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I purchased stilettos for my wedding. The cute gem decorated ones. I ordered them a month in advance. 3 months later I still don't have them or a refund. I went through my bank for a refund. The bank is communicating with EricDress. EricDrrss is saying the purchase was valid. However, my bank has the emails confirming the shoes weren't shipped! Don't buy from here.
I agree with the other reviews. I wish I had reviewed them first, before I ordered. This company is a total SCAM! You CANNOT get a refund, as it takes FOREVER for them to respond to your messages... if they even respond and then they charge you for shipping when you return the item... paying for shipping! The dress was $114.16. It was very cheap looking and poorly made, so I returned the dress, only to have to pay $57.00 in postage fees to return it. After they received it, they stated they were only going to credit $70, as the dress was "odoriferous", which is totally WRONG as I NEVER even tried it on! So basically, I ended up paying over $100 for a dress I don't even have in my possession! Had I known this... I would have sold it on Ebay or Facebook and at least made enough money for my shipping back to EricDress.

Recieved my boots and WOW! They are exactly as described. Thanks for a swift transaction. I have never, ever, had a pair of boots that are so beautifully made and so so comfortable. They are FANTASTIC!
EriDress is the best store. I am buying a lot of thing here for me, My Friend and My family, Especially electronics. EricDress has very good pricrs and wide range of good. My first order was a Dress that came to me in two weeks, very quickly. EricDress also has very good customer service, staff is very helpfull and answering very quick on all queries.
My absolute favorite place to get dress. Honestly, my rating here is based more on the store experience. The dress aren't plenty but what dress there are, are of good quality. I ordered once online because I couldn't find the dress I wanted in my size at the store. The people at the store checked online for me and found them there. I didn't mind the wait.
At first I thought this site was really sketchy and I always had trouble buying things online but when this dress came I thought it was beautiful and it made me feel like a princess and was really cheap!

They are such low quality clothes, and the customer service is shocking. I have been trying for weeks to return something and get a refund, only to be told they can't and that they won't help- to contact PayPal instead.

I was so excited to finally be able to afford a wedding dress that i really wanted. After 3 weeks my dress arrived today:-( i cried all day. First the color is horrible. I ordered champagne color.the top half is good the bottom is some horrible peach color it dosent even match. I wear a size 8 so i ordered a size 10 to be sure it would fit guess what still wont fit its about 3 sizes to small it wont even zip half way up.the sewn lace flowers around the bottom are coming off and strings are hangin everywhere. Plus it still has stick pins all in the dress that was left behind. It is so long i would have to wear stilts to my wedding. Then my invoice thst came in my box said 78.00 when i paid over 230.00. This was a bad expierence for me i will never shop ericdress again now i have a horrible dress and no money to replace it!
I went to my in box and received a message asking me about Eric Dress. When I independently (closed my mail) and viewed sitejabber through Google, and viewed my inbox, 'Sitejabber' I had NO queries. Do not respond independently of this website. I state again and again, if you want something good buy it local where you can fit it, and see it, and return it with no hassle, it may cost more in the moment, but worth it in the long run, at least you obtain the product, and see the quality. All these good reviews I suspect are being posted by the company to make themselves look good. I never did receive the item, but like I stated before I did get my money back through PAYPAL, as I escalated the claim before the time ran out... BUYER BEWARE

I bought dresses for my wife and it arrived on time and the quality of the dresses are excellent. The stitches and fitting are tailor fit and my wife simply loved all the dresses. I would definitely recommend ERICDRESS.
I bought 2 dresses which arrived very promptly, they were described as jerseyknit BUT BOTH are in a terrible polyester fabric... badly made and totally unsuitable.
To return them I would only get 30% of total paid and would need to pay taxes and return shipping AFTER sending photographs and getting permission I am told.
Totally bad mistake to buy like this I am now trying to almost give them away on E Bay.

I totally adore their cute and fashion-oriented products, i buy lots of myu clothes here. The shoes are also great, and i have alot of friends who also ordered products from here - all very pleased! :)
If you don't worry about your money and time you can buy stuff on this site! I had very bad experience with this EricDress (look at my reviews 01/25/15). This company had a very bad reputation in January 2015 on the site Jabber. During the next few months their score increased to 80% positive. I can't believe that they improve their job during this time. They wrote reviews themselves. This company will never change! They never will pay for your return if you will be not satisfied with your order, and dissatisfaction happens often. Notice, this company is in China. Their last letter was like always: very polite but results to solve my problem will be 0.

I read the reviews and they were almost all negative. Trouble is, I read the reviews AFTER I purchased my wedding dressed. I nearly cried. The dress was on sale for $46. The review that shook me up was when someone claimed all the good reviews were from employees of the company. I didn't know what to do. So I ordered another dress on amazon for $80. The amazon dress shipped a day before the Eric dress. When it CME I was so happy. It was perfect. Next day, my Eric dress came and I cried. The damn dress was perfect. I wasted my money buying another dress and now I have two dresses. Maybe I was lucky. Idk. But the dress came here from China within a week. That is amazing service. I am not saying those ppl didn't have a bad experience, but I am saying I didn't. Not even close. And I don't work there. I am a Jamaican living in the states. If I could upload a pic here I would. I don't c that option

If you are willing to get yourself the best and most fashionable stuff it got to be with EricDress. They have all the good quality dresses, fashionable and the latest. I just got my dress and it looks so gorgeous, I just wanna say thanks to this store and GOOD JOB!
This company is completely fraudulent. They held my shoes in the warehouse for two weeks, even though they took my money almost immediately. When emailed about the delay I received no response. I opened a paypal claim and right away they started emailing me. According to ericdress I must close the paypal claim and they will then finally ship my order (after almost a month of waiting). But due to the negative reviews of this company I decided to call paypal. The scam of this company is to convince you to close your dispute with them (on the promise of finally getting your order) and then, since the claim can not be reopened later, they still do not send the order but now it also won't get looked at by paypal either. They have been trying to convince me to close it for the last three days rather than just shipping my order, using every lie they can think of. Do not buy anything from this company, they will try to do everything possible to deceive customers and con them out of their money. See the attached emails as proof of how their customer service operates.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will go out of their way to con people out of their money.

I ordered two tops that looks super-cute on the website. I am a 2X and ordered as such. I can't even get them on, after waiting for them for almost a month. Chinese rip off. Stay away from this site! I just lost $75! Returns? I'm not even going to try to return these to CHINA and try to get my money back. Lesson learned. Please learn from my lesson and DO NOT ORDER FROM ERICDRESS!

The size and look of the dress was exactly how i wanted! I measured myself and the measurments were exactly like the measurments online. My fiancee said it was unbelieveable to have such a beautiful dress at such a low price. I am so excited to order from your wonderful website.
I AM VERY UPSET. DO NOT BUY here! I ordered a coat size M. Euros 35 14 porterage. I thought ok, 50 for a nice coat is good. Coat came in M but it is is not even S, maybe XS. Return I have to pay porterage, so that is 30,- from here, no point. Then on top of everyything I got a TAX bill also for 35,-! So In total I now paid 35 14 35 for a coat that is too small and that I can not send back! Eric dress is ignoring my emails so I am warning as many person as possible to not have same disappointment! (I received answer here and on mail, asking for my booking number, I gave it to the service center, they said they will look into it, but then after nothing happens)

I ordered from your company after extensively speaking with your staff. I ordered a red prom dress on September 12th... it arrived on my doorstep September 26th. I couldn't have asked for better service, and the dress is gorgeous! I will definitely be back to do business with your company again soon. I ordered one blouse, have proof of the order being placed and paid for Sep 16,2014(verification emails from ericdress.com). Waited patiently (email says up to 8 days for processing and another 8 days for delivery). No problem. Today, (25 days later) I log on to my account and it says under ALL of the order info options that I have never placed an order. That's funny, I have an email with an order number on it and a bank statement that shows a withdrawal from the company. So when I look up the order number, it says it doesn't exist. So I follow all the instructions to contact them ('live chat' is not live at all, just a message sender with no response after 15 minutes) with no help. So I try the DISPUTE option. Filled out all the info and got this response "this order number cannot be disputed".
I am a frequent online shopper from the USA that doesn't mind taking a chance with receiving an item a little late, or a wrong item (I have many friends to donate to) or an ill-fitting item (same friends love when that happens to me). I am not a big return fan, but I can't return what I don't receive. Luckily my bank covers me in situations like this, but I am about to blow up Facebook with copies of my emails and photos of their website with a big Fat 'Toni doesn't recommend" all over it. Too bad, I really liked the designs that had to offer even though I could go find many of them at Ross for the same price.
