I ordered a suite for my birthday from Eric dress I even paid extra for it to come early in time now my birthday is 3 days away and the order is still being processed all they did was take my money never even sent me an email to let me know that they received my funds I had to find out from my bank where the funds went I don't advise anyone to purchase from this company at all and I want my $#*!ing $124 back $#*!s.

Bridesmaid dresses wow, so surprised exactly as order, quality fantastic and all doubled lined. Guys belts great quality leather also, very happy thanks so much!

Customers staff always act immediately when contacted and also the exactly item you had ordered for reaches you and above their pricing is really promising.

When I received the dresses I was really positive surprised when it came to fit and quality, it fits like a glove as ordered and no complain at all regarding the finish

Not to forget the speed of delivery, dispatched from China Friday and reception Monday noon in Indonesia, fantastic

This is definitely not last time I will place an order at Ericdress.

I purchased two items from this company and when I wasn't happy with the quality, I contacted them for a return mailing label. They responded and apologized for the faulty items. They then suggested I keep the items ($127 purchase price) and they would send me $15. I pointed put thst their return policy says they will provide 100٪ tefund for faulty items. They have not responded, and zi have emailed them 3 times now asking for a mailing label and return address. When I called customer service (which is an international call) I got a recording that simply said, they are busy and to call again later. Needless to say I will not ne doing business with this company again, and I would advise anyone reading this review to not do business with them. If they provide my refund I would gladly reconsider this review

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Their clothing quality is horrible! Materials used are cheap and the seams are all crooked totally unwearable! Have tried over and over to reach customer service it's a complete scam! NO RESPONSE!

I placed an order on 2/6/15 & still have not received it! They finally responded to my email on 2/26 & said they were CLOSED due to their Spring Festival from 2/13 - 2/26! And that it would take an ADDITIONAL 8-12 days to "PREPARE" my order! WOW! SO BASICALLY THEY TAKE YOUR ORDER & PAYMENT & YOU JUST WAIT UNTIL THEIR SCHEDULE PERMITS THEM TO SHIP YOUR PURCHASE! Further, they knew they would be closing for the "Festival" when they were taking orders & money & didnt RESPECT the customer enough to tell them! SHAMEFUL! STAY AWAY!

This company is horrible. Do not order from them. Order two things only received one and they keep give me the run around. Had to order another dress for the event I was going to.

Ordered a pair of shoes as a birthday present and 6 weeks later they still have not arrived. I had been tracking the package and it was in my area, out for delivery. It then went back to a distribution center 6 hours away from my house. I emailed the customer service and all they had to say was "just wait". After a week of seeing them sitting in the distribution center, I expressed my concern that they would be shipped back to China. Again, they said "just wait". I emailed them and explained multiple times stating that I needed the package as a month had already gone by and the birthday was fast approaching. Finally, somebody gave me an answer other than "just wait". They told me that they looked into my package and it was being sent back to China. The good news is that for a small fee of $17, they could send it back to me. So, you're telling me, that after I catch your mistake, warn you about it, and continuously get told to "just wait", because your customer service is too lazy to look into my order's progress, I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING AGAIN?! I will be disputing the charges for my order with my credit card company and never ordering from them again. Absolutely outrageous.

I got my dress today and it is absolutely beautiful, it is very well made with excellent detail. The shipping was very fast and I was able to track my dress the whole time. This is the second dress I have gotten off this website I got my bridesmaid dress from ERICDRESS and it was also excellent. ERICDRESS has a very responsive customer service and customer care for all their customers. I would definitely recommend to anybody, thanks so much!

Really beautiful made it on my personnal size fits perfectly! And arrived just on time for my évent! I didn't mentioned the time that was short one month exacte! So i had no expectation on the delay... but It arrived godage, So 28dans! It's great, the quality is very good. Thanks! I'll surely recommend Ericdress!

It was the worse experience I've ever had with a online order. I ordered a size XL jacket for myself... they sent a size XL in a china size which didn't fit a American child. They refused to refund because of the costs associated with shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

What makes me more happy buying here is the discounts and the pricing. Despite having ordered a cheap dress, I got it in a worthy quality. Cheers for the service.

The jackets were shipped almost immediately. We did not encounter any problem whatsoever. I would like to complements the quality of the material used which makes the jacket very warm.

Yesterday, I was wondering where is my coat? LOL, it seems things go very well. My mom called me and said that I've got my coat from ERicdress, sounds well~~/.

I paid for expedited shipping and still didn't receive the dress in time, the material is cheap and they will not give you any money back. Don't waste your money.

The items that I ordered from this website were too small. Upon trying to get return instructions, all they would do is send me the same pre-written message over and over again. I am assuming that there is no one here that speaks English because I have said in more than one way,"I WANT MY MONEY BACK, SEND ME RETURN INSTRUCTIONS", and they have not done so. I am assuming they are trying to wait the 30 days so that they won't have to refund my money.

I have recived my dress wich is even more beutiful in person I totally loved it, every inch of it. It fits perfectly and the fabric is amazing. I can recomended 100% to everyone, I am very satisfied with my dress and I will certainly buy again :)

Their response was that maybe I could sell the items or give them as a gift. Then the offered $20 off next time if I removed the bad reviews. Nothing comes down until I receive a full refund!

So I made a purchase on Eric dress about a week and a half ago and all I receive was a paypal receipt for my payment. No shipping info or order number. Is that normal with this site?

I purchased some boots. They are way too small and i ordered them big. I have emailed Eric Dress to find out how to return and no one has ever replied and the number listed does not work.
