I bought a sweater. It was really cute in the picture. In real life, the quality was pretty bad. It was also appeared they ran out of yarn while making it, so simply just stopped where they ran out. Thus, a butt length sweater actually came to my waist. (I am 5'2" so this is not a matter of being wrong size, as they told me.) The fur collar was made of - I don't know, but it was pretty bad.
They refused to accept returns. They suggest that instead I give it to charity. Luckily, I paid with paypal, and was able to successfully make a claim thru them. Shipping? I don't remember exactly how long it took. More time than I expected. 4 to 6 weeks, is my recollection. Also, when I gave them a poor review online, they were SOooo helpful. So they sounded. In actual fact, out of the public view, they couldn't have cared less. No. Save yourself the heartache. Shop elsewhere.

One shows the back of the sweater I received. If you count the designs, there are 12 going down the back. In the back picture from their site, you can see there are 20 rows of this design. No wonder it is so short!

Ordered a gown for an affair following the size chart to order my size. I needed it quickly even spent extra shipping to get it quicker. (Make sure you read every page of their shipping details) when it said 3-5 days... that didn't include the 15+ days to process the order. These items are coming from CHINA! Thru many emails and a threat that if I cancelled the order they work charge me half of what I paid... So I just let it go through. One customer service person ICE got the dress to me quickly... however... when I got the dress it did not fit. I quess it was made for a junior sized person. The arm holes are too small which does not allow you to pull dress down to waist in order to close zipper. Even friends agree it is made for smaller person even though we followed size/measurement chart. Btw. A returned email stated I should not follow chart... WHAT? How else would you figure out your size. So. I attempted thru emails to request the proper return information. Now... They are refusing to take it back. Telling me to take it to a tailor to fix it. Well... ya can't fix a garment that's way too small. Also... They actually want to only refund half of what I paid for it. Please be cautious of this company.
Most of their practices are unethical.

Took over a month to get my order and I paid over $35 for expedited shipping! I needed shoes for a wedding that, needless to say, did not arrive nearly anywhere on time. Customer service was horrible at replying to my several emails. And now they are flat out ignoring my emails for a refund! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I abosutely love this dress, The quality is amazing i got this dress in red and the colour was beautiful. It was very fast shipping it arrived like in a few days. Defintely recoommend this website and will defintely be reprurchasing on this website. Thank you Ericdress. It also fits perfectly!

This site is great IF your order is correct. I ordered a dress from here and when it came, it wasn't the right size (my fault). Their web site says returns are no problem. Nothing can be further from the truth. This company is in Hong Kong and they have no return address on their web site, which works perfect for them because they won't take it back anyway. First they want pictures, then they want measurements, then they tell you if you don't want to send pictures (which I had already done), you can return the dress for a 50% refund. When all else fails and you still want to return the item, they say "the shipping fee is not cheap. We suggest you sell it locally at a good price or give it to your family member or friend as a gift." This has been their answer since the end of August. I still don't have a return address or authorization number from them and I'm sure I never will. If you order, I hope your item fits because you'll be getting the same standard e-mails I've been getting. Now I can't wait to hear them post here how they want to help - I already know it won't be happening, but it looks good when people read their horrible reviews.

Oh..., I have got my new bootes, which is so beautiful and it seems that I am so lovely than anyone else in my class. Very happy with this order and will give you the best score!

My dress fits comfortably. The material is stylish and the color is what I chose while I was ordering. I am glad to say I will shop again with such wonderful service fast shipping not forgotten.

I ordered a white dress on June 27 2019 for an event July 27. It is July 24 and still NO DRESS! Customer service said contact FedEx, FedEx said contact USPS, and USPS said contact the shipper. Do not order from this company, they are TRASH!

Bought a dress, having issue ( problem) with the lace, they send back an email, asking me to give them the right measurement? THE LACE ALL COOKED and off, I even send them the picture of the dress and how the lace had sew.the problem never solve but this stupid site sending me around with all wrong question. This site is a joke I ordered my dress Jan 28 and I still haven't gotten it my order still saying waiting to be shipped I am really upset glad I had a backup dress my sister ordered from here as well a few days before me and her item didn't come either

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site for my wedding about 3 weeks ago. Some people remark that they received their items very late however, I have not received anything. I tried to use the live chat option to speak with a representative and was unsuccessful. She told me she was busy right now and to leave my order number and email and she would contact me there. I have NEVER used a live chat option and had the representative tell me "I'm too busy...". When I tried to open a dispute, the page would not submit, told me the order number was incorrect, and even timed out causing me to have to start over. It is damn near impossible to get through to them other than just sending them an email. I also ordered from www.shoespie.com and I think they are the same company running the same scam. They websites are a lot alike, especially when you display tracking information... it is identical. It is a scam... PERIOD and they have unfortunately ruined aspects of my wedding. I will be posting about this on youtube as well as all of the social networking sites to save other people from getting scammed

I bought a dress on the website, they did not ship the item until 1 month later. The dress is damaged and dirty, totally different from what they showed on the picture!

Ericdress is the best place to shop online. They are reliable no need to be worried of loosing your money, if you are not setisfy with your purchase. I have been buying from here and am realy realy happy with thier service.
If you need good company here you go try ericdress with patience and you will always be happy with them. Just you need to be hornest customer for them and everything will be fine for you and them as well. The good thing is they axcept return and refund you or they can refund you without returning the product.

It took 34 days for the jacket to get here. We paid 57 dollars for it, and here's what was wrong with it: It is NOT wool, like they said, it's polyester. The measurements are not what are described on the size chart. The buttons were, I kid you not, an entire inch lower on one side than on the other. The tulle (adorable in the picture) that was supposed to go around the bottom of the dress was so cheap, it was probably bought at Walmart. The jacket was stuffed into a ziplock bag (that had a large hole in it) and then put in a package. It was extremely wrinkled. It was also supposed to be a jacket that looked like a dress (meaning it went to the knees) but instead it went above my mid-thigh. The customer service is also a JOKE, as they never return emails, and with their return policy of 30 days, if we wanted to return it, we would have had to turn around and sent it in the mail the same day we got it. As well as pay another 20 bucks for shipping. I'm just a little disappointed. Do NOT buy from this company, it's a massive scam.
