Seamstress is adding a lace up/corset back. I just love it!

Have ordered my dress with express delivery(Paid extra 18 GBP). Ordered on 12th December but today is 29th December and they told that they have shipped my order only today. Very BAD SERVICE. So for what peoples paying express delivery costs. They are real SCAMMERS and i will report about them everywhere. If you are SMART and if you don't want waste your time, money and at the end to be disappointed than DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!

Everything I got, came in more than perfect. Its fantastically wonderful and the quality is more than amazing. I love this place definitely buying again.

I tried placing an order for 3 dress. Two of them were the same dress, but in different sizes. Somehow, the second dress and size, over wrote the first dress/size in the shopping cart, instead of adding it as an additional dress. I did not realize this until I had clicked on checkout and realized I had been charged $19.95 for shipping, which should have been free with the 3 dress putting my order over the $59 free shipping point. I contacted Customer Support INSTANTLY, asking them to add the 3rd dress to my order - and to remove the shipping charges, which were for MORE then the dress! They refused to do so. They only offered a discount on a future order. There is no way my order had been processed or packed or anything that could not have been modified within one minute of it being placed. All 3 dresses could still have been shipped together and not incurred any additional shipping charges. They also refused to cancel my order, so I could replace it with the 3 dresses. Not the way to treat people doing business with you. I am very disappointed that they would not handle this simple request.

Emails sent to *******@ericdress.com are returned as undeliverable due to an SMTP error at their end. The chat service is with someone called Rita whose command of the English language is poor and her training in Customer Service woeful. She does not answer questions she does not like and her replies are virtually unintelligible.

I placed an order for two items. A week later I am told one is out of stock and that I should order an alternative by emailing them at the above address that does not work. I ask for a refund and am sent an email confirming a refund in a currency I have not paid in (US Dollars) for a much smaller amount. After spending a further 15 minutes on a second chat session I finally received an email confirming a refund of the correct amount. Whether they will actually do what they now say they will is dubious, but at least I will be able to open a dispute via PayPal if they do not.

No idea about the quality of the items they offer for sale but their administration and customer service is an absolute shambles.

UPDATE: I received a very quick refund via PayPal for the full amount I paid, so there are people in this company who conduct themselves in a professional manner.

This is the first time I didn't trust my intuitions. One week since I ordered online and still no information about the status of my order. And there's no way online I can trace it please be careful.

I am very happy that I chose to order my dress from EricDress, as it arrived even earlier than I thought, it fits perfectly, and the quality is very good. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I received my jacket that I ordered on Jan 22. Yes that's right. I literally just received the jacket. IT WAS HORRIBLE. The site claimed that the original price for the jacket was $239 and was marked down to $63. This site is definitely a SCAM. The jacket is not even VEGAN LEATHER. Also of special note that the material is not even in the tag. WHO knows what it actually is. I could tell by the packaging that the quality was going to be POOR. It also smells like PAINT. Yes that how bad the pleather is. I am NOT going to even ask for a refund. If it took this long to get the jacket I can only imagine what the refund process would be like. I am counting this as a loss and HOPEFULLY ERIC DRESS will be exposed and shut down. DO NOT DO IT. I promise you will be disappointed. NO STAR. NEGATIVE

I bought the long sleeve it was well fitted, nice and good textured.

I recommend this Eric dress website, they are very professional to their work and very responsive to the questions.

This is the best clothing site I must say. The cloths is exactly like picture, it fits perfectly and looks awesome. Thief customer service is the best. They are quick to respond.

The company is a joke! The garments are low quality and they send damaged goods and tell you to give it away because it cost too much to return to CHINA! BUYER BEWARE. I am responding to your response. You told me yourself it would cost too much to return to CHINA and that I should give the damaged toxic garment away. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!

I am afraid of shopping online because I am too tall and I bought XL for a dress from this online store. Fortunately, it fitted me well. So happy with this order.

Eric dress sucks, bought a duvet from them for 113$ pluc shipping charges and when i got it it was nothing like the picture, when i complained they offered me16$ to apologise for false advertising! I refused and let paypal investigate it and paypal awarded me a full refund! Plus the shipping and handling charges :) ericdress needs to stop false advertising and own up! Do not order there Duvets, they say the duvets dont look the same because of different lighting when pictures r taken, but the truth is they do not have the duvets that are shown on there website! Horrible experience! Paypal awarded in my favor as long as I sent merchandise back to Eric Dress, well guess what It costs $171.00 to send it back to China and that is only if China will let it back into the country. Eric Dress certainly knows how to scam people. Once its here you r stuck with it, And ERic Dress knows this, False. False advertising. Why would I pay $171.00 to ship it back if Im only going to be credited the $93.00 I originally paid for it. Grr even Paypal should see how ridiculous this is. Now I am writing a review of paypal. Just do not order from Eric Dress. Too late for me but save yourself.

I ordered a dress for my birthday from Eric dress and it did not come looking the same unfortunately. My feathers was falling off and it was terribly stitched. Very cheap! DO NOT BUY FROMNRHIA COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE THEY'RE RIPPED OFF! I ORDERED AN ITEM BUT IT WAS IN BACKORDERED THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CREDIT MY ACCT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BUT ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW I NEVER SEEN THE CREDIT. I E-MAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES BUT FAILED TO GET A RESPONSE BACK FROM THEM. BEWARE PEOPLE DO NOT ORDER ON THIS ERICDRESS RIPPED OFF ONLINE STORE.

The dress took 13 days in the factory, and just 2 or 3 days shipping. An overall reasonable deliver time. The dress is exactly as shown in the picture with a good range of colours. Good design.
