Do not waste you're money on this trash. It's been over a month and I still have not received my item and they will not give me a refund. It's nothing but a scam!

I found the dress a very good fit and material. However the bust of the dress will need some work as its quite big. But all in all very good value would highly recommend.

I believe that all of the 5 star ratings posted here were submitted by Ericdress customer service representatives - notice the bad grammar and spelling- this company is based in Beijing, China.
The dress I ordered from Ericdress was nothing like what was shown on their website - the color was completely wrong, the beading was cheap and sparse, the hem length was over a foot too long and the actual dress design was different. Instead of looking like a sweet prom dress as depicted online, the dress looked like a glorified maternity dress.
The customer service was a nightmare as well. Even if you follow their returns procedure, they will not issue a refund, and they will pretend not to understand your complaint. It took 2 weeks before I even received a reply via email, and their phone number is not legit - there is a recording that says it has been disconnected.
Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to lodge a dispute through their resolution center. Funny, as soon as I did this Ericdress became very attentive and offered a 10% refund saying that in addtion to this "generous offer" I could also keep the dress and sell it and they would also give me a discount on my next order. Huh! As if!

In the end I was able to recoop my full investment via Paypal.

This company has been in business for just about a year, and they don't represent themselves honestly on their website.

Buyers Beware!

I have been trying to get a refund for over 4 weeks. I get no response from the company after being promised. Sizes are not accurate, I would never buy from this company again. I have lost over $135.

I ordered two dresses from this company and after waiting almost two months for them to arrive I was very unhappy to say the least. The dresses were the completely the wrong size, the tailoring terrible, and the material awful. Upon trying to return these, ericdress customer service is almost non-existent, so after emailing for almost a month now I opened a resolution with PayPal and thankfully they stepped in. But, I still have to spend more money to send these back, but I will be getting a full refund from PayPal resolution center. Ericdress offered a 9.00 refund, on the full order. Terrible company to do business with, avoid them and shop elsewhere.

Upon reading the ericdress answer to me I could do nothing but laugh. They did not offer a full refund, they offered 9.00$, PayPal had to step in and through their resolution center I did receive a refund but for the dresses only and not shipping costs. First though I had to return the dresses and if it wasn't for making sure I received signature notification for these dresses being received, I would probably still be waiting. PayPal asked for all the information tracking number ETC. as ericdress was saying they had not received anything, they flat out lied. So eventually it was through PayPal and PayPal alone I received a refund, and for the dresses only not shipping. Ericdress would do nothing.

THIS SITE IS TOTALLY SCAMISH. I ORDERED A DRESS AND WHEN I RECEIVED, THE LINING BEADS WERE MISSING FROM THE SHOULDER AND THE CROSS PLEATS WERE NOT IN SAME HEIGHT. ONE WAS GOING UP AND THE OTHER WAS GOING DOWN. WHEN I COMPLAINED AND SEND THEM PICTURES TO PROVE MY ALLEGATIONS THEY DECIDED TO REFUND ME ONLY $10.- WHICH I REFUSED TO ACCEPT BECAUSE THE LANDING COST OF THE DRESS WAS AROUND $120.-. THE COST OF ALTERATION TO THE DRESS LOCALLY IS COSTING ME €100.- AND I WONDER HOW A COMPANY LIKE PAYPAL IS WORKING WITH THESE THIEVES.

I ordered a custom dress from here, went to a tailor to have my sizes measured exactly, and when the dress came it did not match the measurements that were sent to them at all! I contacted them, they said I messed up the measurements. I took the dress to a different place to see about getting it altered, they informed me the measurements I sent them were not close to the ones of the dress I received, and said the dress was so terribly made there was nothing they could do to alter it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered this shoe on 1/15/2016. By 1/24/2016, this shoe still had not shipped. I had to open a pay pal dispute after several attempts to reach the seller went unanswered. They finally shipped the item and I received it on February 19th. The ugliest shoe ever. The top is a satin purple but the platform, heel and straps are a black suede/velvet and the bottoms are red which is not shown in the picture or the description. I immediately requested to return the shoe for a full refund and they only offered a $12 refund! I will never shop on this site again. NO ONE SHOULD WASTE THERE TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SITE!

Do not buy from them it a total rip off the jacket i recieved was so bad the material was just made of cheap felt and nothing like i thought so beware
