This has to be a fake company. I have written 3 emails and left 3 Instagram messages. They have ignored all of my messages. I will be reporting to the better business bureau.

I love the green gradient with embroidered flowers at the shoulder, it is so pretty! The back of the cardigan is ruched and shorter which gives it a low-high effect.

I dont always buy dresses online, but this site is definitley worth you time. I got my order deliverd on advance, sooner then I expected. I am Totally digging the dress

This website absolutely must b a scam ieve called the number many many many times only to b on hold for litterally days. I send and email and I recieve some bogus reply. I ordered a dres about a month ago have yet to recieve it as well as being able to even track it. The worst customer service I litterally have ever experienced they do not DO NOTcare for there customers i am still waiting on my stuff payed about 125 with exexpedited shippingif iI could I would give no stars at all

I ordered a sweater dress from Eric Dress. It looks exactly like the one that the model wore in the photo. Well made, beautiful colors. I wear it all of the time.

Found several items I liked a top/dress and purse was reluctant at first after reading all the positive reviews decided to give it a try, love, love, love the items I purchased.

I have got my items ordered on last Friday, my new jacket is very beautiful and the color is the same with the presentation picture. Like it very much.

I ordered 9 items and ended up returning six of them because the quality was so bad. Now they are giving me a hard time going back and forth asking me for the same information over and over instead of just refunding my money. I have spent a half an hour on the phone with them and have sent countless emails only to receive the worst customer service ever, and I still have not gotten my money back. I am contacting my credit card company. The clothes may look cute online, but don't waste your money!

3/1-UPDATE Today I sent my 20th email about this, and have spent 42 minutes and 28 seconds on the phone to get this resolved. I'm working with my 3rd customer service rep., and was told by the second one that the first one was "green hand and have no experience in solving customers' problems". Yes, they were all from the "customer service" dept! Why do you have someone working in customer service that has "no experience in solving customers' problems?" Let's see if the 20th email is the one that gets my refund processed. I'll let you know!

I ordered what looked like a beautiful pair of boots. They said genuine nubuck leather. When they arrived the size 6 was more like a size 5. They were made out of horrible nylon brush material and the fur edging was so badly cut.
I contacted them and they refused a refund. Said they would offer $5! I insisted I wanted a refund as this was nothing like the image or material they advertised. They told me that to send them back to China would be too expensive for me! And that if I was to send them back please could I make sure to put the value under $20 for customs purposes. Errr I don't think so thats fraud in itself!
I complained to pay pal along with photographic evidence of the rubbish they sent me and paypal ruled in my favour.
Needless to say the boots went in the bin, they were not fit for the recycle bin even.
I will never ever order from them again due to the combination of very poor customer care and rubbish quality.
They also need to realise the laws on distance selling. We all have a right to return goods within a 2 week period.

I will never buy from this EricDress again. I think they are not authentic with what they sell. They got my order wrong, send me wrong dress, asked for black, got red and fabric also wrong, never asked for lace dress, got lace dress and there after sales service sucks on a big scale. EXCUSES all the time. And they change your review stars to suite them. Please don't as me to send the dress BACK it will cost me more to send it back then to sell it. AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT ASKING ME ASKING ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW!

I ordered in March 26. I dont reciveed may order for now. I try to talk to you no body answar my. By email no body answer me. I verifie by traking number his only transporting in April 21. For now I dont recievd.
