I was a little worried abt the dress i ordered after reading the reviews. It was just like the picture and it took just a couple weeks to receive. I love it!

Over 2 months I bought a dress I never received. I need that dress for my sister wedding over town.If I don't received before Tuesday 18. I need my money back. Thanks.

This website is a ripoff I bought a pair of shoes and they were twisted I want my money this cost me 50 dollars for defective shoes i rather pay 70 at the store

The lace on the top of the dress was so beautiful.
I love the item which is made of lace.
Most of my dresses were made of lace.
The price of the dress was also reasonable.

I have been waiting over a month for my coat I ordered. I have messaged them several times only to get the same messages sent over and over again. Word for word. They have told me everything but how I can talk to someone on the phone and when my package will come. They make me so sick. All I did was donate over 100$ to someones pocket somewhere. I have tried to be patient and I am sick of waiting now. First they told me it would be 4-5 days and it would be shipped and then 2-3 days and then right back to 4-5 days again over the course of a month. This is the worst scam I have ever had to deal with. Never ever buy anything from this place. And why is the better business bureau not shutting this scam down. We need to do some major complaining. People it's time we do something! We didn't donate our money to a charity we bought something and paid it in full. I want my coat or I want my money back. At this point I want anything I can get. And if we can shut this thing down it will be worth ever penny!

I really like my jacket! It is thick and warm and well made but it is a little small and I got a medium and I'm a size 2-4 therefore a medium should fit well so if you order, order a size up!

Not only is the gown stunning it fits like a glove. I couldn't be happier with my gown, it will make me look even more stunning at my daughters wedding.

I ordered a $125 custom ordered dress in mid February and it has still not come. They never gave us our refund and SENT ME A KEYCHAIN! This website is fake and a fraud site.
They never sent me my dress but instead got sent a crappy keychain worth ¢1

If it would let me it would rate it 0, i ordered red evening dress for my formal which is only few weeks away, its was so beautiful BUT IT WAS 3 TIMES BIGGER THEN ME, WRONG SIZE, tried contacting them but their phone number is always disconnected, and i had no respond to the emails i have been sending... so took it to teller and have to pay $150 to resize it and bought the dress by $180. As soon as they receive their money they don't care about anything else.

And when I sent their "Customer Service Dept" via email, I received the following reply;

Please note that the above email EricDress responded with contains no valid solution to my order issue.
The link(s) are dead... nor do I have any desire to go to my post office daily to pick up my package.
My packages are shipped to my house.
Why would you even ask us for an address, then tell us to pick it up at our local PO?
In the event someone from EricDress see's this post... my order number is *******.
Order amount= $59.73.
I either want the boots I ordered or a full refund by Jan 1,2015, or I file a formal complaint.

I bought from Ericdress because I knew they can be relied on for prompt service and quality goods. I have bought dresses for special occasions and one was cusotm made. Would recommend anytime.

I have returned a dress 2 to 3 weeks ago and still not had a refund, I have contacted them 5 to 6 times now and still nothing has been credited to my account. The worst site I have ever come accross, now I have contacted trading standards who are looking into this co, once I get a refund I will not open a case with small claim court. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

I suggest you not to BUY these horrible clothes. Reason poor quality, will not fit to American standards. These people will leave you trapped to make additional funds. Exchange system for additional RAGS and GAR-BARG!

Hi, here, I am very happy to share that I have got my new jacket anmd everything is fine.The color of the jacket is lighter than the picture I saw from the site, but its beautiful.

I got my dress ordered for a Christmas party yesterday. I have checked it and ascertained that the dress fits me and besides it is well tailored. I ordered last 16th November. Thank you so much.

They are a scam.

I did receive the two dresses I purchased, two weeks after purchase (I'm in the US). The tracking information provided was sketchy, one day tracking said the package was in Indiana, US and the next day the tracking said it was in Taiwan.

Upon opening the dresses they did not look as good as the pictures, very poor quality material, and it was see through.

I contacted customer service right away and asked how to go about returning. They asked my why I wanted to return and then asked me to take pictures to prove my concern and after they received the photos they would determine if a refund could be offered. (Excuse me, What?!) They really made me jump through hoops just to try and return.
I spent $80+ for the dresses and since I couldn't even wear them I wanted to be refunded so ultimately I sent them pictures. They offered me a $15 refund OR I could return the dresses and pay the $30+ shipping fee to ship back to China AND even if I did do that they would only refund me $55. So in the end I would still only end up with a fraction of what I paid originally. They did offer to pay the shipping fee back if I exchanged the dresses for something else. I declined as I didn't want to deal with it any more and I just took the $15 refund and I feel totally scammed.

Customer service is horrible, quality is awful, and there is a good chance you will waste your money.
I will never purchase from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. IT STATES ON THE RETURN POLICY THAT THEY GUARANTEE A FULL REFUND, IT IS $#*!ING SCAM. They only want to refund me 90% of my cost. They send me the wrong color of the dress and the quality is terrible. Do not order from this place. It is not worth your time or mony.

This site is horrible I ordered March 10th 2014 and they emailed me a order number that does not work so I can't even check the status of my order then I emailed them but no one replied back to me. L only ordered shoes so all that bs about it takes time for them to make thing are lies. But they took my money off my card. If I would have known I could not speak to someone directly I would have never ordered from here... I want my shoes or my MONEY BACK ASAP AND I'M REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM erricdress. I brought a jacket that did not show, in any photos, the badge it had on the left sleeve. I contacted ericdress and said I felt misled as the badge wasn't shown and that I wanted a full refund and for them to cover the return postage cost. After several weeks and several emails where they tried to claim the badge was visible and that they would not cover the return postage cost, they agreed they were in the wrong and would refund me in full including postage. Note that they said the badge was visible because looking at the jacket from the front you can see the edge of the badge in the site photo. This is true but the photo shows the edge of the badge which was about a millimetre thick and barely noticeable. You can't see what the badge looks like, you can just barely see the edge of something on the sleeve. You can't even identify it as a badge. So I was refunded the cost of the jacket but they went back on there word and said they'd only cover part of the postage cost and not the full cost. This really annoyed me because they I have it in writing that they would give me a full refund including postage.
Ericdress is not an honourable company. In fact they outright lie. From the moment I tried to return the Jacket they have made it as difficult as possible to do. And even after making promises they now refuse to honour that promise.
I will never buy anything from them again.

Really pleased with this web-shop. Ordered faux leather hoodie and got really good quality garment, very warm and stylish. Absolutely pleased, definitely will be buying from this shop again!

I buy the coat from the Ericdress website it's very nice but unfortunately the size is to big for me but thanks a lot to costumer service miss Frances she very helpful tell me to refund or exchange.
