I sew professionally at times, so I can understand the hard work and the hours they put in. The detail and perfect seams even at difficult spots! Thank you for handling my utter anxiety, thank you for shipping so quickly. Your company answered me everytime. That alone was very reassuring. This is amazing quality at a perfect price. This dress was worth every single penny! Your customer service reps are professional under pressure and face very timely responses to questions. Ordered a hunting ladder stand for $48.50. Received confirmation of my order but no tracking. Followed up, they said it would ship shortly. Sent numerous follow-ups - got a "tracking # USPS" it did show step by step movements of the item. Then it showed delivered - NOT SO - they claim -"delivered to your post office" - NOT SO - When I tracked the number on the USPS site - "number was assigned but never used" Continued to email them - now - NO Response to my many email requests. I was taken for a ride...not a free one! My P.O. Is *******133505920

I ordered 5 items. When I came to pay, the site would not accept my credit card (altho' it says Visa cards accepted) RED FLAG right there! I should not have proceeded further. I had to use my debit card which came straight out of my account. Very bad move on my part! Two weeks later I received 4 of the items - none of which fit. I did not know the order was coming from China (no address on website, again beware!) sizes were small and I doubt I would have ordered knowing it was coming from China. I have now sent 3 emails about returning or exchanging items and asked where my other item is? I have received no response. I tried the phone number - disconnected - Buyer beware! I decided to just send items back with a letter until I discovered it was going to cost around $200 to ship them back! The whole order was less than that! Then I got smart (too late) and started doing more research on the company and found many complaints and warnings to stay away from them. Once you have ordered there is very little chance of a refund or even an exchange on which you would have to pay shipping anyway.
Basically, there is no customer service - no phone, no response to emails. I was also trying to find an address to return items. This site is a scam, it operates out of China and the items are nowhere near as nice as the photos or the fabrics made of what they describe. My advice, stay away. I wish the Federal Trade Commission here could get involved and warn people or regulate the operation or plain shut it down. People are getting ripped off. Even if I could return things at this point, I would not do it because I doubt I would get my money back or an exchange. Sue Georgia

I ordered my wedding dress online. I placed an order with them on the 3rd of March and never received any kind of confirmation, which alarmed me. I emailed them accordingly and did not receive any kind of response back. I emailed them again about 5 days later and did not receive a response back until the 11th of March. On the 12th I asked them to cancel my order, they did not. I reached out to them again and no response. I had to keep reaching out to them and finally had to tell them if my order wasn't ready to be shipped, to reimburse me and they still have not done so. Now on the 20th of March, they are telling me, they will only refund me 50% of what I originally paid, even though they did not respond to any of my previous messages until after and did not honor my original request to cancel. Seriously, if you decide to purchase from this company. They lack customer service and who knows if you actually are going to receive your product. I still have not received the money I paid for this product and it never was shipped.
My dress was absolutely fabulous, just pay attention to the charts they gave you for sizes, AND BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF, and that dress will make it look like you are 10 lbs lighter than you are

I have bad expirience with Ericdress. Their site crashed when I wanted to pay dress for my wedding in may. I contacted them because I didnt recive order details, they replay after few days that they have my order, I wanted my money back (around 87$)because they took too long to answe and I buy another dress for myself. They asked to not to cancel order an consider a discount, but that does not work for me and I specificly asked for a refund because they could not promise that dress will arive until may 20th, and after that they stoped replayin on my e-mails. This is really bad website for ordering anythinhg. And I will never order anything from them again. If I could give minus star I would.
