They provide a fake tracking number then they tell you the package is lost when it never arrives. Then they say they will give you a credit and never do.

Ordered a chicken coop. After 2 weeks no coop as I made an inquiry. A refund has been issued however since I made my order with the company someone has been trying to make unauthorized drafts on my card. The security team noticed it, my card was locked, no sooner do I unlock it the draft attempts begin again and I have had to replace the card.

So I ordered a treestand. Then realized it was coming from China. My Bad! After waiting a month they said just wait a little bit longer. Finally they said it had been delivered. Not! I wonder if someone else on the ups route got it or if it was a scam.
With help from the bank I got my money back. Ordering on line is a roll of the dice.
Don't order anything from CHINA that's a given.

Gave them money for a saw they never delivered fake tracking numbers fake site this site is as bad as someone burning our flag they should be removed from society forever no joke they take money you have worked hard for that's been taxed five times and just think your hard work belongs to them.I hope they burn in hell if not I hope I find them their that green spot in the middle of chicken $#*!!.why google or anyone let's a non credited site that has so many complaints about it makes me wonder about the creditability of said sites!.

Place a Order with Eric Dress just to find out it's really a Cheap company out in china that's making poor quality production! Sent in a refund request considering I paid 31.94 for expedited shipping, just for them to offer me a $10 refund and to send it as regular shipping. Witch means the day of our engagement pictures will been done came and went before I still received my order! Saw a few jackets I wanted to order, but after reading your critical reviews I'm happy I only tested one item and you guys failed tremendously! Will never order for this site again and if push comes to shove I will take your whole company to court for False advertising.

I ordered a "real baby" doll for my daughter $114.00 the piece of garbage that took three months to ship might as well been sent from the dollar store! No way to return or contact the company. PayPal refused my dispute. My next step is to see if Visa can get anywhere! So pissed!

I ordered a few items from them, which was charged to my cc. Never got the items, called to find out what was the deal and ended up talking to someone who could not understand English, I explained to them I paid and gave them conformation numbers( to no avail). After
Multiple attempts to correct the situation by calling back same thing or no answer at all, don't waste your time or money on these $#*!s, they have zero customer support and I've still yet to be reimbursed!

Buyer Beware!
Bought a men's jacket in December.
It was smaller than expected, but overall was an attractive coat.
I simply wanted to exchange it but as of this writing, 3/22, none of my emails or messages have been responded to.
Will update if they ever get back to me.

It is possible that actually there are online stores that can be trusted and ericdress is one of them. Sitejabber helped me learn a lot about the company obviously with some people that had a few issues with it. But from majority the company is legit and will offer you quality service. I am here to add a positive feedback that I experienced while making some purchases from this store. My dress was delivered in time just as I had hoped so. Thanks to ericdress for the great job in ensuring customers stay happy with the way their services are delivered.

Truly disappointed with the quality of the white blazer that i ordered a few years back... it was smaller and super ill-fitting in every way. It's just unacceptable. Beware of sites like ericdress advertising really fabulous dresses at a much cheaper price... for they are truly low quality. I can't believe ericdress is still in business today.

No where near the pic on the website. Ordered 5/6/19 with special delivery and still didn't receive it until 3 Weeks later 5/28/19. You pay for what you get, first time ordering and will be my last. Please note, if you submit a bad review they do not post the on their website only the good reviews

I give this site 0 stars the service is horrible they have taken my money and I have not even Received any of my items in over 2 months. This company should not be allowed to sell retail merchandise excuse me steal Money from on unsuspecting consumers.

They send a garbage item, which I could get for $5.00 which I paid $65.00. It was torn apart inside and they said they can replace it. The order came after 45 days of ordering and paying. These is a SCAM business, stay away from it if you wanted to save your money.

Don't buy anything from ericdress, the sweaters I received a month late didn't look like the pictures. The second part of my order has never arrived, but they are on vacation so I seriously doubt I will ever get my refund.

OMG, Real scam from China. DO not Order from them, you will not get what you see on this pictures. VERY poor quality and way off sizing on the clothes. Cheapest Material. Dress came completely damage and no way I can use this dress or give to anybody. 100% garbage. Customer service the worth. SCAM< SCAM. I will put pic. I just received my item today an it looks nothing like the picture very dissatisfied and will be calling my bank to get my money back. The shipping took a whole month for me to receive this ugly piece of shoe. The items on their website look nothing like the pictures when you receive them, very disappointed.

I got this purse few days ago and it's already ruined. That handle was so poorly manufactured they did ripped out the third day. Is this a fake Michael Kors purse? I emailed support and they told me that they are on holiday from February 13 to February 26. That was my Valentine's Day. Order number *******. Very unhappy an I don't want a fake MK!

Ericdress would like you to THINK that they are legit because they allow the use of paypal; however, they are in the business of waiting until the last minute to provide details of shipping, etc. if you open a dispute. Why do they wait so long? So that shipping info can be provided for something altogether different from what was ordered. You can order a clothing set for $40 and they will send you a $2 USB cord. Once the additional info is provided, they will offer a $5 refund. Really? These people won't quit. I have been in a dispute with them for 2, almost 3, months now and am still waiting for paypal to issue a refund. The jogging suit was ordered. After making a claim, the cord was sent. The items are no where near similar. Do not purchase anything from them

I had been waiting over 20 days to receive my bridesmaid dress and it comes in made all wrong! I will NEVER buy from this company again. I get the dress it's made horrible then they tell me I will not get a return or my money back cause it's to late! $#*! you Ericdress

I was very disappointed with my order of 4 pair of shoes I was sent the wrong size, not the same as the description and shoes looked like they were second hand not even glued properly that it's so on idol and can't be worn. I've sent them so many emails and when they finally got back to me they expect me to pay for postage. However it's their manufacturing mistakes not mine. Very frustrated I've paid over $300 for shoes I can't even wear.

These people are horrible. I ordered a wedding dress in ivory and they sent me a bright white dress. Their excuse was that their fabric supplier made a mistake in the color and because the dress was custom made, they will not accept a return nor will they give me a full refund. The purchase was $140.99 for the dress yet they are suggesting a refund of $30. This is completely unacceptable! Do NOT purchase from them. Horrible customer service. They provide no phone number, just an email address and take days on end to reply.

DO NOT ORDER... this company ships of clothes that's the sizes of youth for adults, then your responsible for shipment to get it back, they had the nerve to offer me 14 dollars back from a 70 dollar purchase. How do you feel your suppose to keep someone money? Please people don't be setup to lose your money, it takes over a month to receive your purchase anyway.
