I sent a template that did not match the size sign I requested in my order. I received an email the next morning to this affect, and before I had a chance to call eSigns, a representative called me and confirmed the sizing I wanted.
The signs arrived last week, and they are beautiful! They are exactly what I needed, and I was impressed by the response time to confirm the size I wanted.

Love the design ability and easy to use program. Now I am patiently awaiting and hoping for top quality signs. Fingers Crossed.

I have received the signs and they are absolutely perfect. The color and the clarity are so nice. I am sure they will be an eye catcher for our business.

We received our order with a very quick turnaround time which was excellent since we needed the banner up asap as the job is already under construction. There was a small tear in the material in the bottom left hand corner of the banner near the grommet. Because of the necessity of getting our banner hung as quickly as possible, I hung the banner as is. There should be more attention to detail during final inspection of your product prior to shipping.

My only complaint is that I wanted to add a sign, and had sent a message after I placed my order. I wish they would have waited to talk to me before shipping the order so I could have added more. They were very fast!

I've been designing my own eSigns for advertising several years now and have always been satisfied with the results. I've ordered banner signs, yard signs, and a mesh banner and all have exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant and withstand the sun and inclement weather well. I highly recommend eSigns.

The banners are wonderful! The only difficulty I experienced was uploading the pictures and getting the banner previewed. I am not sure if it was on my end or not. I have already shared the banners with the softball team and we will be ordering for the girls in the spring.

Easy to navigate site and fun to use. Had fun making the sign- My neighbors are beekeepers and sell their honey and the sign that they had was very old and hard to read. When I gave them this they actually had tears in their eyes from joy. They LOVE it.

Site was easy to find, easy to navigate, products were clearly outlined, and approving a proof was simple and quick. When our banner arrived, we were all extremely pleased with the quality. It was exactly what we were hoping for!

Prices very reasonable. Sizes available are great. The downlowd with template for Photoshop/Illustrator were awesome. Grateful I retained some of my skills.
I was the only problem with the signs. I misjudged the size and will now have to remove the lettering on the side of my truck before I will be able to use my new signage. I chose the size recommended for trucks, if I remember correctly, and didn't even think about having the RAM 1500 in the way.

Trouble using the online order system. Couldn't get by step 2 without visiting the page 3-4 times. I was trying to create an account but was not satisfying something on the page.

I was impressed with the product that I received. It fit my needs perfectly.

Love your site. Love all the design choices! I also love the customer service. I forgot to add a note to my design when I ordered late on a Friday afternoon. I called and left a message and then set my alarm for early Monday morning thinking I would have to hurry and call before my banner went to production. To my surprise, I got a call on Saturday morning to let me know that you received my note and would be following my instructions. I got my banner exactly when stated and it's beautiful! I found the overall experience of designing and ordering my banner very easy. I had one question about the design so I called customer service and they answered the question right away.
