I would just like faster shipping - seems like a long time to take 9 days to print this when I know it just takes seconds.
(I wrote this note when I ordered the banner).

After Delivery Note: I received the banner a week ahead of schedule which was great. But it was made with the wrong size - I ordered it 5 ft across and 4 ft wide and I got it the other way around. I didn't complain as this size works too, but I did spend time trying to make sure I ordered the dimensions correctly.

This is a great site. The signs are awesome, I always get a lot of compliments and suggest people use eSigns. These are the third and fourth signs I have ordered, the art work is always exactly what I expected. They are the best!

Great customer service. Fast proof approval and delivery and cannot beat that goof proof guarantee. Didn't expect to ever have to use it but I made a mistake on my graphic - my fault and yet eSigns replaced my banner. I will use eSigns every time I need a banner.

I like that I can design my product but what I was disappointed with was I could not tell from my diagram that my photos to the right of the artwork were not aligned properly. I wish the art department would have fixed that for me. Otherwise I like the banner and love the packaging.

This was my first time making a coming home banner. Your site had the right design and the right text. It was easy to make the text on the banner the way I wanted it to look and overall I am excited for my husband to see it on his return.

I had asked if the words Summit Family Dentistry could be changed to white. The banner is printed with it in gold as it was. I thought you might have reached out to me to let me know you couldn't change it before printing.

I did have an excellent experience with the design and receipt of the sign. I did have one problem. I wanted to get the opinion of some other people about my sign design. I had to do a screen print to have something to send to them. Seems like there should be a better way.

Great site - easy to order! Our order arrived promptly, accurately and intact as promised. The auto-email notifications throughout the order and shipping processes were very helpful. The signs are sturdy and the printing and graphics look great!

Overall experience is good I like being able to design the product I wish it had an option to change the photo background to omit the box shape of the original photo so that it blends with the added background.

Fast and the product was printed just as I expected.
I ordered lawn signs and the packaging for shipping was as such that the product arrived undamaged. Corners intact and all. I will definitely use eSigns for my future projects.

The website is pretty easy to manuver. The shipping is great, i thought it would take longer! The quality of the actual sign comes out great! & i love that they contact you if there is any issues with the resolution to make sure your getting what you want!

I just received my 15' MESH Exterior Custom Banner from your company today...Talk about under promise and over deliver? It was a WOW moment! Absolutely Beautiful work! My only complaint was the price of shipping when you add accessories, because of the extreme difference I did not order the accessories. Without the accessories the shipping price was reasonable. Delivery was on time. I love my banner!

So far, it's been very quick and easy. The proof showed up quickly, and checkout was a breeze. The sign arrived when it said it would, and it matched the proof exactly. The assembly of the sign was easy, and it worked well for the convention table I purchased it for.

This is the second time we ordered magnets for the sides of our work van. The price was reasonable and the quality is excellent. The lettering is nice and clear and the signs hold to the truck even in the rain, snow and at highway speeds.

Obviously what I asked for and what I thought I was getting were two different things. Turns out the word Runner was not a Throw. I had no clue about terminology and photos were not correct for what I was looking at.

The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone, Kimmy, was extremely helpful. I told her what I needed and she walked me through how to indicate my needs in the special notes column, etc.

Your website is really "busy" and I never would have known that wind slots are in option and specifying the grommet spacing is an option, had I not called customer service. Actually, I also wouldn't have had the design approved but I had to call and talk to a rep and she told me to indicate that eve though a bit of the design was off the page, I was fine with it. The customer service person I originally chatted with told me wind flaps weren't an option. So, I actually almost went with another company. I gave you high marks because the product, price, and time-line were amazing. But, ordering was challenging until I just called customer service.

System would not save my designs. Designed my banners several times. Banners should have had black letters and they were a dark blue. Second time that I have ordered. This time wasn't as great as first time.
