System would not save my designs. Designed my banners several times. Banners should have had black letters and they were a dark blue. Second time that I have ordered. This time wasn't as great as first time.

A preview that allows you to see the product enlarged would have been very helpful on the website.

The retractable sign turned out looking great! I love the ease of portability.

The top metal hook to hang the sign on the pole, shouldn't be removable and the metal edges should be smooth instead of raw edges to be safer. I cut myself on the first set-up.

Overall, it looks high quality.

Perfect except I couldn't get the special instruction section to work. And I didn't see a selection for grommets which I need. Wonderful until stressed at the payment part where now i don't know if I'll get my banner with grommets and in time for my event.

However your staff contacted me the next morning to let me know the banner came with grommets which immediately alleviated my concerns. Kudos to them for being clear in explanation and quick in responding. Banner came in on time as promised and was flawless. Very pleased!

99 out of 100 E-signs has always come through for us, unfortunately our past experience was the 1 time out of 100. Our shipment got lost in the mail, no one was able to find, and we called as soon as we found out. We were told that if we approved a resend by 2 pm that it would be sent out the same day. We approved it at 1:30 p.m. and it still did not ship till the following day. At the end of the day, we love the products and customer service we get from e-signs...this time was just the first time in a long time we've had a bad experience.

Awesome customer service. One minor problem I could have worked around but esigns decided to send me 2 new banners! These guys are fantastic. Don't hesitate...buy from esigns.com. They make sure you're satisfied! ***** 5 stars!

It was very easy and quick. I did have dings and scratches on the three signs I ordered which I was not happy with. They were not enough to impede the signs from being mounted, but I don't think they will last as long and will rust due to the imperfections in the finish around the mounting holes.

We have been buying 4'x8' vinyl banners for advertising roadside for years, and wind has always presented a problem. We've purchased banners with pre-cut windflaps which didn't hold up, and we've cut our own windflaps which got complaints for bad appearance. While it doubled our cost to go from the company we bought non-cut from to the double-sided mesh from E Signs, the product looks good, surpassed expectations of sun bleedthrough on flipped image, and the color is more saturated than others I've seen as mesh. We have had many compliments. Also, turnaround time to have product in hand has been quite reasonable.

I sent an email to Raven Taylor telling her how totally pleased I was with my whole experience dealing with your company. Feel free to use that letter in part or totally. One quick note however, you should spell AWESOME correctly in the header of the email I'm responding to.

I was contacted by Markeshia, who helped me out and explained the problem. She redid my order for me and credited me for my incorrect order. Fantastic experience with esigns. I love using eSigns for all my signs. It's very easy to design exactly what I want my signs to say and the graphics I want to use. I also upload my own designs and the printing is always top notch. In a perfect world I would be able to design the signs weeks before I need them, but I'm always using the rush shipment options and am amazed how quick the turn around is.

Very easy to navigate. Not even frustrating for a non-techie like me! One of the 3 signs I ordered did not come with the grommets that I requested. That is kind of a bummer. Other than that they're great.

I utilized the Chat window and got all my questions answered. My products were proofed quickly and accurately, and the final delivered product was favorably priced, and great quality! I recommend this website with total confidence.

I ordered a sign and rush delivered it for a charity event. For the price of delivery and signs you would expect a product that holds up to light wind. My first order was an empty box i called and asked for a refund they refuaed stating we would just give you an extra sign with the 100 delivery charge youd think they be happy ro give a refund rather then pay it which sounds fishy to me like they charge double to 3 times more for what ups charges.The first semi windy day the sign completely bent in half and started flapping around in the wind. I'd rather pay a few extra dollars and go through vista print or a local mom and pop shop. There plastic signs as a business owners who has bought 100s over the years have never failed in a few days like esigns have. The company seems far to interested in making profits then delivering quality products.

Product quality and delivery was perfect. Only glitch was the process for ordering single copies of multiple signs. I don't remember having a problem the last time I did this; maybe the web form has changed? But there is no intuitive way to place a second, different order. I would never have guessed you had to go back to square one and choose the format all over again. The chat experience was frustrating. The tech's (Esperanza) first answer was to 'upload each file separately'--too vague. I asked how to upload a second file and the answer was 'You can either click back if is the same item or you can click in the item and upload new file' which tells me nothing. If I weren't in a rush, I would've considered using a different company, despite my satisfaction with eSigns the first time. So I heartily suggest a better interface--or clearer instructions--for folks like me (there have to be others like me) who want single copies of multiple designs.

Great experience. Appreciate the tone of the guarantee, very positive and comforting to know that esigns will work with the customer to get the product exactly as the customer wants it. This is especially important for newbies like me. The banner was perfect. Excellent clarity on writing and graphic that was uploaded. The only issue I had was that the tools for designing your own banner are not intuitive. It took many tries before I was able to get the banner to look the way I wanted it to.

I would definitely use esigns, again. As a matter of fact, I will be ordering another one in a month!

The nature of the programs I coordinate means that we receive our graphics from our designer the week before our events take place. Our order had a gray background that looks like cracked cement or stone. The gray turned out very pixelated, and you can see all the indevidual colors that go together to make the gray. Pretty disappointed with the printing quality!
