Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
I am a long term customer of eSigns.com and have recommended them to other companies as well. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists.
The banners I designed using your online feature worked great. The banners I ordered turned out better than I anticipated.Quality of banner is top notch. Definitely will be ordering again. Thanks!
Your website is very easy to use and is intuitive. Your "Chat" feature expedites your "Help Desk" so much faster than calling into the toll free number for customer service.
With such low prices, I was expecting a cheaper product. Boy, was I wrong. The quality of the banners I ordered were BEYOND my expectations, and the delivery was SO FAST. I am so pleased to have a place I can rely on for FAST and RELIABLE service. Website is also super easy to navigate.
As stated before a great company to do business with totally back up their products once you become a customer I believe you will always be a customer

Always Great! I am sure it is a cost cutting measure, but I missed the Red Hots! I always look forward to checking the bottom of my package for them, and they weren't there. THE BANNER HOWEVER - WAS AS ALWAYS PERFECT.
The truck magnets I ordered can out just as they looked online. The only thing I wish I could have done was to make the lettering reflective but other than than great product.
I liked the instruction sheet you sent in a PDF format. I wish however, that you would make it generic without your company name on it so that I can send it along to my customer.
