Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
I am a long term customer of eSigns.com and have recommended them to other companies as well. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists.
Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.
Tip for consumers:
Expect that the item will arrive 1 day later than promised. They change their policies depending on who you speak to. They won't refund and only offered 20% off if we buy something else. Why would we buy something else?

I ordered a banner for a funeral. I paid for expedited shipping just for it to be late and not even there for the funeral. When it arrived 4 days late. It wasn't even the banner I had created and ordered. They sent me someone else's banner. When I called to get things figured out. They didn't accommodate at all. They were insensitive, trying to justify their delayed shipping. Even though they shipped the wrong item. Never using them agian.

For the second year in a row, we ordered banners for our festival to thank our sponsors and for the second year in a row they will be arriving AFTER the festival. We paid extra for shipping both years and here we are again with banners now showing up on time. While esigns has no control over what/how the shipper gets their product to the customer, they DO have control over who they ship with. Fedex, two years in a row, failed again. ESigns refunded the cost of the shipping but it does nothing to get the banners where they were supposed to be two days ago. They've lost a customer as we cannot continually do this. Bigger issue is that they don't seem to care. I have been ordering banners from them for about 8 years for various functions and I have to say that this year is the worst for customer service. They have lost a customer. I'd post a photo of the banners but... ooops don't have them in my hands.

Some glitches on the website, but overall very easy and intuitive process. Great customer service--there was an issue with the size of my image, but it got resolved with one quick email. The final produce is exactly what I needed.
Your online submission was easy to follow and your representatives courteous and helpful. The standard shipping was less than a week. The finished product, an 8' x 8' banner, looks great. The colors are rich and vibrant--everything I hoped for. I love the fact that the vinyl is translucent, so that light comes through, which makes the colors glow. Custom sizes. Easy design process. Great quality. Fast delivery. This is why I keep buying from eSigns when I need signs and banners. I usually don't give five stars for anything because there is almost always room for improvement, but don't think it's possible to be more perfect...or more pleased with eSigns.
The banners I ordered were great once I got them. Unfortunately there was an delay in getting them shipped that customer service could not explain and therefore they arrived later than promised and I missed having them displayed for many days of my event
I've ordered many banners and vertical banners from eSigns and have had many great experiences. On the one so-so order I had, they fixed it immediately and in time for my client's event. I keep coming back because it's a good deal, very fast turn-around, good customer service, and they're honest, ethical, and serve their customers. Hard to find better in this day and age.
I needed some magnet signs for our construction trucks so I first called a well known local sign maker and they told me it would take about 10 days for my signs. So I decided to try Esigns instead. I designed exactly what I wanted and had my signs in my hands within 4 days! Super fast, super easy, and even cost less than the local place! I will definitely use Esigns next time I need something. A vendor I used had given me three proofs with anywhere from 8-12 errors each time. I finally asked for my money back and looked online. ESigns had good ratings, so I thought I would give it a try. Everything was perfect and I would have given five stars for the product/services category except for one little problem. Specifically, there was a thin, six-inch stray blue line at the bottom of my banner. It was minor issue and not worth sending back. The entire purchasing experience was positive - easy to design, quick to ship, and good quality.

There was a very small tear on the back of one of the banners that worries me. The banners will be housed at our church for a year to highlight our church theme. I am hoping the tear doesn't continue through to the other side. I didn't notice it until we put them up 12/31, which was past the 24 hour deadline to report any issues. Easy and thorough online custom sign making and ordering; seeing the proof before confirming order was a great feature...even though the shipping cost is high I got a discount for using the quick 3 day ship.
eSigns.com prices were better than anything else I found. We made these banners for our seniors on the baseball team. I had photo resolution issues and they were able to both talk and live chat me through solutions. They came out perfect and I can't wait to hang them for senior night! I will definitely use them again next year or for any other banners I need.

When I first received my order, I noticed an issue with things not being printed (disappointing, but not the end of the world). ESigns was quick to respond to my contact and got me a new banner printed and shipped the next day. I hung up both banners ordered this past Saturday at practice, and my softball team loved them. Always nice to give the team something to get excited about. As a new school, the color in the banners really brings that something extra to the look of the place. The only frustrating part in the ordering is that when designing a banner, it is hard to know exactly where the suggested 1" border hits to make sure everything gets printed and not cut off. It would be great if the ruler on the design screen had a 1" guide to help prevent clipping the edges of the art. Will definitely continue to order banners each year as something special for the kids.

I ordered online for the first time and was very pleased. There was a small mistake with two yard signs I order, but emailed eSigns and they fixed it right away. They had two new signs in the mail at no cost the next day. Very fast! Signs look great! I'm very happy and letting all my customers know where I order from. The process of going online and designing your own sign was fun. You can put on it anything you want! I will order again.

I had ordered magnetic bumper stickers from another vendor for a similar price... they arrived and the graphics were blurry, some of the print was barely legible. After some back-and-forth emails and asking for a refund, over the course of a week, the other vendor finally admitted their printer was broken (it took a week to figure it out?!?) and reimbursed me for their bad print job. So glad I ended up with eSigns. Will try them for other volunteer or work projects in the future.
We don't need it often, but when we do, you're who we go to! I doubt that will change. We've had 4 sets of signs made by ESigns. The site is very easy to use. The orders have always been very good quality and exactly what I designed. Orders are filled and shipped promptly. We've never been disappointed.
