Quick turnaround, and the selfie sign was a huge hit at the beer festival! I would recommend a slightly thicker mm board, as after the cutout- we had to brace the tall skinny strips to keep it rigid. Will order again!

I ordered a 24" silverstep retractable sign for my wife's 1966 Mustang GT last October to put next to the car when it's sitting at car shows. The sign was beautiful but I had trouble with the sign retracting back into the base. I tried the adjustment video they sent me to no avail. I contacted them last week and was hoping I could send it back and have them adjust it for me. SURPRISE! They sent me an e-mail the next day saying they were sending out a new sign...WHO DOES THAT? Well it just arrived today and works perfectly. ESigns is definitely an outstanding company who takes pride in their products. I have another sign in my basket waiting to be finished for my 1971 Dodge Dart Swinger...hopefully the car will be finished soon so I can get the sign completed and ordered. My eSign was very beautiful and was received well before I needed it. It was exactly what I ordered. I only wish it did not have a stretched, slightly blurry look to it. But, other than that, the banner is made of a nice vinyl material with enough grommets to hang the banner without any sagging. Great work!

The colors in my sign were not the colors that I saw on my screen. When I called and spoke to a representative they said that "in the very fine print that no one ever reads, it says we don't guarantee color matching" I think you should have that somewhere on the design your own sign page. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she also told me the same thing. I explained to her I wasn't looking for an exact match but perhaps something in the same color wheel. As the colors on my sign were blue and green and one of the words came back purple. After some pushing the supervisor did rectify my problem at no charge and I am very appreciative for that. As I am a repeat customer. However I still think you should put on your design your on sign page "We do not guarantee color matching"

Hi my name is Deb. I ordered a yard sign for my husbands small business on April 16,2020. I was having difficulty putting the text on it. I had never done this before. After a few times trying to accomplish the task and failing, I took advantage of the customer chat. I talked to Mary, and oh my gosh I should have done it earlier. She helped thru the entire process, and didn't make me feel like I was stupid. I would like to Thank her for all of her help. I also went back into E-Signs and ordered a sign holder for this sign. The sign holding clips were out of stock and I was notified by phone. But that wasn't a big deal, my husband was able to find clips to hold it. Thank you for the call. Next lets talk about the shipping! IT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS! Unbelievable! My husband put the sign in the yard today and it looks great! Based just on the banner design software and price, I recommended you to a friend and they placed their order before I did! Their banner arrived and looks great; it was a big hit. Since then the banner I ordered arrived and I am very pleased. The colors are vibrant and the finished product looks exactly like the online design. Also the material weight and quality is much higher than I expected for a banner designed for interior use.

This was my first time ordering a banner. I was very pleased with the timely professional attention while getting the order placed, the art fine tuned (my designer is a perfectionist and put a hold on the initial order. ESigns followed up with emails to be sure the order wasn't forgotten.), the banner produced & shipped. I needed it for a Saturday show, they said it would be delivered on Friday and it was. Not only that, it was beautiful! It did smell a little when I first unrolled it, but that dissipated in a few hours.

The signs i ordered were fabulous and arrived on time. You guys are the best at getting a great product out and delivered in the shortest amount of time. I know that if i need something quick 1) i will have to pay much more for it, but 2) you guys will be able to get it to me when i need it.

I ordered an outside 2'x6' vinyl sign with grommets and 4 magnetic signs for cars and they turned out a lot better than I could have imagined. I ordered initially just to see what the quality would be like, and will be ordering more. These items are going to be used for a campaign. Shipping was a little expensive (almost the same as the items), but I did have it rushed. I will say that they did actually arrive by the date I was told!

There was a quality issue with the image on one side of the double-sided sign I ordered for my granddaughter's graduation. I sent pics to eSign via their online portal, and within an hour, they had contacted me to tell me they had issued another sign for production. AND, they made sure I got it before graduation. I have been using esigns for years, and have always been happy with the product and service. However, I ordered a sign last week, and was very unhappy to find out that the shipping cost was almost as much as the sign (and I did not request expedited shipping). I contacted esigns regarding this matter, and they could not have been more helpful. They immediately resolved the shipping cost issue within a day. Fantastic customer service! I just received my sign today, and it is great, as usual. Very pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service at esigns! I would highly recommend this company.

This was super easy to do and fast. The sign turned out great. I tried a couple of other websites but both were saying that the jpeg logo I was using was of low quality and this could affect the sign. Clearly this was concerning for me. Esigns was so easy I was worried there was something wrong and was prepared for low quality. How could the other guys find this so difficult and this company didn't have one issue? But Esigns did it and it looks great. The final product looked just like the preview picture. I would use them again.

Design is a breeze, customer service quick and helpful! This encounter was a real pleasure! I did think they would be a little heavier, a little concerned about how weatherproof they are in the long-term. I will trust they know what they're doing and all will be find. As long as they're weatherproof, we're very happy.
