I'm not sure I know if I did this correctly but Im hoping for the best. **** I'm not at all happy about how the sign looks on our gate. I ordered the mesh banner so wind would go through it but you can't read what the sign says until you are almost on top of it and thats not good. And, when I received the banner I did not put it up until I had help which came in a couple days and thats when I noticed how bad it looked.

I ordered a 3'x6' banner for our radio club. It arrived quickly and looked great. I was especially pleased with how well the club's logo looked in a large format. The club members were so happy with the first banner that we immediately purchased a smaller 2'x2' version of the banner to use on the podium at club meetings. The banner really pops at events and I get a lot of good comments from members. I highly recommend eSigns.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations by far. The ordering process was simple and quick and the delivery was on time. The product was better than I expected. I will definitely shop here again and will recommend you to any one who needs a banner. Thank you!

This company continues to amaze me. I recently tried to use a discount code that I had already used once. I had received an email that seemed to allow me to use it again, but the code was denied at checkout. I contacted customer service and they explained the situation. No big deal, I used another, less valuable code that I had and that worked. I received a phone call back from customer service telling me they would refund me the difference between the two codes. It was only a matter of a few dollars, but it was the effort and initiative taken by the company that impressed me. I will pay more for companies that provide top notch customer service like this, but I don't have for eSigns.com, they have low prices, great product, fast delivery and amazing customer service. I will never use any other company for my signs and banners.

ESigns was great to work with. Easy to upload the design and printed to the edge -that was HUGE for our sign design. Price was right. The only thing I would say is the H stands were a bit less sturdy than we are used to (we live in a very windy area) but that's a small thing in our mind or we would have reached out. Overall very pleased and would buy from again!

The website worked well for creating and ordering a custom banner on my iMac, but not on my MacBook Air. I was unable to access all of the fonts on the latter. The finished product (a 9' X 2' banner) matched the online design perfectly. It was finished with a durable border, nicer that what I have received from another provider. I was very impressed with the entire process.

This was my first banner experience and I needed one quickly. The esigns website was one of the most user friendly sights that I checked out. They had enough tools to get me what I needed. The banner shipped the next day and arrived two days later. I was very happy with the quality and results of my order.

Just wish the total had been a little less expensive. Also I would have appreciated someone to suggest that I might have considered going a shade lighter on my background color (blue). My lettering was black and it would have stood out more, and been more easily read, if the color of blue had been lighter. You guys are the experts not us- and I would have appreciated that suggestion. Then of course I could decide if I should go lighter or stick with my original color. I definitely would have been happier if the blue had been a shade lighter.

This was my first experience ordering a banner and my first shopping experience with esigns.com. The banner met my expectations. It is visually appealing and made of quality materials. The banner looks amazing. Printing and delivery was exceptionally fast, and I had to make a phone call for customer service to correct dimensions (i had length and width reversed), and the gentleman with whom I spoke resolved the issue quickly and accurately. I recommend eSigns.com to everyone I know needing banners and promotional materials!

The site is incredibly easy to use and designing my sign was fun using my own graphics. The quality of the printing and the materials are durable and attractive. I have purchased a number of signs from eSigns.com and will continue to do so!

This website is phenomenal! They guarantee satisfaction even if it is your fault! We had a girl quit school the day after I ordered the board. Even though the board was printed, they redid it at no charge! Who does that anymore? These guys!

I am a novice designing signs and do so infrequently. I called and spoke with customer service a couple times while figuring out what I'm doing. Customer service was helpful overall, but what was NOT helpful was to listen to the 'sighs' as the reps were working with me. Again, while they did respond with their professional voice, the side 'sigh' was condescending, and NOT helpful. Your patience is so appreciated...Once again, the audible eye roll is not helpful and should remain inaudible to me. Thank you.
The signs were delivered BEFORE the due date, and looked wonderful! Thank you for a great product that I'm proud to place at the entrance to our neighborhood. Again, the signs were bought by our HOA for our neighborhood, and so they're sure to bring a smile when they see them.

The process was very easy. I was able to upload custom artwork and use their templates. The signs arrived about 5-6 business days after my order and they came out great! My only suggestion would be to have a larger proof to view before placing the order.

We had the same sign for many years and time and weather finally got to it. So I looked at lots of other sites and pix of signs but without seeing/poking/touching/tilting etc them I was not sure they were for us. And knew you were and probably would be perfect again. The giant box appeared in just over a week.

The sign is for a library so I set up the messages and it was ready to go. Clear and bright and attractive.
It is just what we needed/wanted. A little heavy but that's ok - great for the wind and snow here in Maine!

The beautiful bright yellow banner was absolutely perfect! I had to spend some time with customer service before I was able to plan my design. They were quite patient and helpful. My banner arrived the same week (I was cutting it close with only 2 days before the event) and was a standout compared to all of the other signs and banners. I received my signs which were double sided. They were directionally signs On one side the arrow was switched but the dog chasing the bunny was not. It is very confusing! Hopefully I will never have to use the other side but I paid for a double sided sign I wished I did not because it is not a good directional sign. Next time I would order one sided if that is the correct way that your company does signs

Everything came 2 days early. It was like Christmas we were so excited to see the signs we ordered. The signs looked exactly the way we hoped they would, and we put them out right away to share with the community.

Ordered from your store last summer. Good product. This time around, I received the supplies I ordered faster than expected, which was much appreciated. I would recommend your company to anyone that has to use signage and/or supplies relating to signage.
