I found the overall experience of designing and ordering my banner very easy. I had one question about the design so I called customer service and they answered the question right away. The banner exceeded my expectations for color and quality. I used the banner outside on a cold and windy day and it held up very well. We'll use it again for future events.

Almost everything went very smoothly. I never got the "proof" function to work, and the thumbnail images of my sign orders were worrisome, but I received exactly what I wanted and the order arrived exactly when you said it would. I would trust my next order to you.

Great product! The design app online was a little wonky - font sizing didn't allow me to make the smaller size I wanted. I had to save my work and come back into the app to get it to work better. But, I got it finally to look like I wanted, and the finished product was awesome! Thanks, eSigns!

Would like to know for future, how to retrieve 'side 2' of a banner design I saved in 'my projects', should I decide to use that design for a single side banner instead. Thanks.

Would also like to know how to get an add'l clip art that I placed on my design (showed on the screen) to actually print on my received banner order. I had used your lighthouse clip art, and put a cross from your clip art selection, over/into the 'light' portion of the lighthouse. This saved on the E-Signs setup screen, but when I received my order the cross was not there. Thanks.

Received the banner and it is EXCELLENT! My design and picture was captured perfectly. I can't wait for my husband to see it. It's a surprise.

Ordering was seamless and easy so there is not much to write. That's a good thing! I did have a question on the file that I uploaded as the online display showed pixelation. When I called customer help, they looked at my file and confirmed it was indeed a vector image and would print ok. When the order arrived it was excellent.

Very easy site to use but I never got an email confirming my order or a preview of what I was ordering or an email confirming my order had been shipped. Thank goodness my order was all spelled correctly but if I had seen a preview I may have made some changes!

My last sign did not arrive on the day it was promised and i will be calling customer service since the sign portion itself is not attached at the bottom.
Plus in general i was not pleased with the material that was used to print on that is then attached to the sign itself. Not worth the price

I've worked with a high school athletic department for coming up on 10 years now, and we have used a variety of companies to create signs over the years. No more...We work with one - eSigns. For folks with just basic computer skills, designing a banner is EASY and they are created, delivered, and we hung our banners in a matter of days, and at a price that fits a small budget like ours. While we try to buy local as often as possible, at the price and speed of delivery...There is no beating eSigns. Of course, what is even better, are the BOGO offers now and then, as well as deep discounts on products, and that has helped tremendously as well. Our FB stadium parking log directional signage, marking of tailgating areas, and ticket and promo information is very easily put up before the game and put away after the game.

We have been using E-Signs for all of our banner needs for the past year. The site is easy to use and create custom designs. The quality of printing is excellent. The banners we use outdoors do not fade and we use many of them repeatedly. The quality to cost is amazing. I have recommended E-Signs to other businesses and their experience has been the same.

We have used eSigns here at our church for over 5 years and have never been anything but completely satisified. The renderings are exactly as we send them in, the quality of the banners is excellent, delivery is fast, and the prices are very reasonable.

I have bought many 2-sided yard signs and have been very satisfied, however, my most recent purchase I was a bit disappointed. Seems the signs aren't as thick as you can see the opposite side showing through each side.

The only suggestion I can offer is it would be great if the clip art section had more variety. It could only help business on both your end and my end. (I was looking for a clip art of a bagel, but couldn't find one).

Seems easy after understanding the website. Getting the write art work helps but the jpegs I received and the pdf's worked out better than I thought. There was better clarity than what customer service told me in an email.

The customer service person called me to tell me that they were not happy with the resolution of the sign and led me through some further decision making that ultimately led to the final product with which I am pleased.

Amazing! The shipping & turn around time makes this company the best. I found cheaper signs, but the shipping doubled the price! Got a bigger sign here for the same price as the "cheaper" ones. It was here so quickly too! The other place had a fairly long wait. I couldn't believe it when it arrived. It was like...really? Already? BEST banner company out there!
