Ordering process was easy. Price was very affordable. Product received was on good quality material and I was very satisfied with print quality. My one disappointment was that the banner was a fraction smaller than 4' x 4', and it was intended to be framed under a piece of heavy plexi that was exactly 4' x 4'. For the price I paid, though, I can handle that small disappointment. Everything else was exceptional.

Better deal and better turnaround time is guaranteed... I hope it works out!

Easy to design. The online desing tool makes it easy to draft a design. And also unloading elements to personalize it. In about 10 minutes I can return a preview to my customer and help them visualize the finished product.

When I was adding text in banner using the adobe flash text box I was unable to add spanish accents so I had to reword my banner.

Other than that my banners were awesome you guys hit a homerun with it! With the Black Friday price you guys hit a grand slam homerun. You guys were quick the quality was perfect love it you guys keep up the great work!

A personal note of satisfaction; I couldn't find a retractable banner that was wider than it was tall anywhere, but when I found Esigns.com I not only found it, but it was the perfect size.

You installed groments as I requested, thank you. In my case I use two signs back to back and slide them over a frame of 1" square tube made to size, it would be nice if you could stitch the two sides and top enstead of groments to make an envelope to slide over the frame. Just a thought for future options.

For the most part, I was pleased with the signs I received from eSigns.com. They seem well made and durable, and the delivery time was great. The only thing I wasn't completely satisfied about is that the colors seem darker than they looked on the screen when I ordered the signs. I ordered black font on a blue background and I wish the blue was lighter so there was more of a contrast. The blue appeared lighter when I ordered it.

I ordered on a Sunday night and paid extra for delivery on Wednesday. On Thursday I called because the packages had not arrived. I was told that my order was on hold and that I had received a telephone call asking me to provide the answer to a question. The event the banners were ordered for was being held on Sunday!

1. Your staff made things happen. They handled the problem and got me the merchandise in time. Excellent save on an order that was going to be a cancel.

2. It is a crappy way of doing business to call, leave a voicemail and then not follow up for three days. This is an Internet ordering service, not a telephone order, so communicating with me via the Internet is the LEAST YOU CAN DO. You clearly have the ability to contact me via email, so why why why do you not do that when there is a problem with an order? Robo calls to my cell look just like a call from your sales department and are easily ignored, just like people ignore suspected robo calls all the time. USE EMAIL!

I needed 2 4/8 signs to be made relatively fast,since I was in a bit of a time crunch, and I tried first some local sign companies, but none of them could deliver in the time frame needed. So I contacted eSigns and put my total trust in them and THEY DID DELIVER! I got the signs in 3 working days much better looking then expected, the colors were spot on and the price about a third of what the local companies wanted to charge me. Nothing but praises from me.

I am a board member of the Mountain Crest Community Association and we have installed permanent 3'x6' banner frame leg receptacles near the exit at our main gate. We use this to announce events for the Community. For example, National Night Out, Adopt-A-Highway clean-up, and most recently, our annual Association meeting. We are now exploring the use of yard signs to indicate the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of our annual Holiday Lighting Contest. I have been very impressed with the value, ease of ordering, reliable execution of custom orders, and the convenience of the on-line design tool. I expect to be using eSigns exclusively for all of our future needs.

Our first time using eSigns was a great experience. We were on a VERY short deadline request that our local vendors couldn't (or wouldn't) meet time wise.

The products were all excellent quality and produced and shipped/received within less than a 48 hour time frame. The set up/creation and uploads to the site were simple and easy to follow. We will definitely use eSignsfor future projects.

I needed to make a garden sign for my school. We're a bilingual (English/Spanish) community, so I wanted to be able to produce a sign in both languages. It was virtually impossible to put an accent above one of the letters, so I just ordered the sign and used a Sharpie to make the accent in a different color. It would be nice if your fonts included an easier way to put accents, tildes and dieresis (Spanish punctuation). Your customer service told me how to do it, but it was so convoluted, that I opted to put one in by hand upon receipt of the order.

There was an error on my order and a new sign was shipped out next day.

Definitely, will order additional signs for the subsequent new builds form ESigns.

Ordering was easy, fine when the picture I wanted to use was not of high nough quality. I received an email advsising me that it would not turn out good. I called and spoke to someone and then chose another picture and called again and they checked to make sure the quality of the picture was good. Boom, we had a good picture and a great banner for my Dad's 80th birthday in 6 days.

LOVE these window signs we got for our new studio! Will be ordering more for the other windows soon. GREAT quality, super fast and amazing price! Definitely would recommend!
