This is my fault, but when I ordered my magnetic signs for use on my 2015 Ford F-150, I obviously wasn't thinking straight...you see, the body on the vehicle is aluminum which renders the signs useless to me. I'll figure out some other way to use them eventually.
As far as the product quality goes, I'm pretty happy. (just upset that I can't use them the way I want to.) So, the moral is- DONT FORGET THAT YOUR NEW F-150 HAS AN ALUMIUM BODY!

Everything was good except for I thought that I didn't click that I wanted grommets in it. When it arrived, it had grommets in it though I didn't want them. Not sure where the confusion was.

I ordered 2 silverstep retractable banners in June for an event in Sept, everything seemed to be working ok until it was time to change the banner for the next event. I realized the banners were missing the keys needed to replace the banner, these are "hidden" inside the stand behind a magnetic cover. No reason to check there if there is no direction to do so, only noticed the keys missing when it was time to switch out the banner. Called and was told there was nothing they could do but have me buy 2 new banners! I've ordered from this company before so I was offerred a discount on the new banners but still had to pay expedited shipping because my event was in 3 days! They said they have no spare parts to send me so I had to order and pay for new ones. To make matters worse, the replacement banner they sent me was velcro and the stands I have are glue so I could not switch out the old for the new! Plenty of online companies out there I can order from with much better service, I will be calling on them going forward!
