Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
I am a long term customer of eSigns.com and have recommended them to other companies as well. Order was placed on Thursday, April 28 and esigns.com production approved the file on April 29. The order was supposed to be shipped vis UPS, with delivery date of Wednesday, May 4. Despite terms outlined, the esigns.com production team didn't start the printing process until May 5. Contacted Customer Service this morning to request that the signs be sent UPS Overnight to arrive on Friday, May 6 for no additional charge. Instead they shipped with delivery date of May 10. Customer Service No Longer Exists.

The heavy duty stand (that was an option for my purchase) will not fit in the corragated sign purchased.

My banner did not quite the same as it did on the create space. Way too much negative space. However, it's always a pleasure to work with eSigns!
The shipping for 2 or 3 days was way too high! But the product and service for delivery on time was totally awesome. I would order again definitely!

Very fast, nice quality, only thing I would say is that it costs as much to ship as to get sign made. Must be cheaper way to send?
Half of my order wasn't delivered on time, otherwise, printing was in divine order. Allison, helped me with the sizing to make sure it was readable.
Get my order to me before next Thursday and I will be very happy, as I need it for a trade show. I will tell everyone I can how wonderful you are.
