I love the services that this site provides to its customers! I wish there were more promo codes and discounts. The papers can be costly. It would be great to add incentives like giving the option of a free paper/assignment after a customer's 5th or 10 purchase.

Excuse my language, but the worst $#*!ING service I've ever experienced. Their work is not quality and is copied and pasted! They are not customer friendly or honour their word. They're selfish and greedy for your money. I highly recommend NOBODY use their company or services. Huge rip off and 200$ down the drain, should've known better. Sharing my mistake here so that someone else won't have to go through the same. Requested a refund and they've just stopped replying, very unprofessional. Cowards. There isn't an option for clicking a 0/5, but that's what I would strongly rate this.

Even when I choose 15 day deadline they still have super fast delivery and if there are any problems they sort it out fast. I'm grateful to the writer named Kathy, she's a very proficient writer who helped me out with many projects

I have recently ordered an online-exam from this website. I had doubts if their writers are credible at first but it turns out that they have professionals on board. I don't understand all the negative comments. I do agree that some topics are more complex than others and deadlines are not the same but each time I order papers from here everything is fine. Sometimes I ask the writer to revise my paper but I'm always 99.9% satisfied with what I get

The biggest advantage of this service is they don't share any of your personal information. Everything is confidential and you don't communicate directly with the writer because the chat blocks all personal info from being disclosed. You do talk to everyone, they just don't know your name and personal details. I had my previous experience with another website whose writer tried to extort money from me and threatened to contact my college. There is no such thing here

I work for them and the clients really are terrible. We don't get paid when they complain, and the site doesn't uphold policies that protect the writers either. Only the company wins. We are expected to somehow understand illiterate requests, and it does not help that the company pretends to be in the U.S. even though they are in the Ukraine, and that none of the employees I've ever communicated with seem to actually understand the words that I am saying. I am regularly told I am wrong by clients, which is laughable because I have the same experience as their professors.

My friend ordered a couple of book reviews on this website and when I had a look at it the writing seemed good to me, so I decided to have my philosophy assignment completed by them. It was very easy to place an order and they confirmed it almost immediately. I was notified when my writer started working and when I left a message my writer replied very fast. I wrote in my paper details that the argumentation is what the writer needs to pay special attention to. We discussed what I expected my paper to be and what the main professor's requirements were.
