Some of the pictures were the same for writers with different names. I really liked one writer but my computer froze and she did not come back up. Would help if all writers included information bout education and where degree obtained

Decent and finished it sooner than I expected, not exactly up to my uni writing standards so I'm definitely going to make some edits and rewrite some parts. Would not recommend turning it in just like that, if you're too busy to do the research part this is good tool, having someone do the research for you and then taking it from there is my strategy for busy times.

The customer service was good, they answered all of my questions. I needed someone to write a research proposal and selected a writer with a five-star rating. He claimed that he had experience writing similar papers; He wrote the paper before the deadline but the instructions weren't followed whatsoever, the text was barely readable. After ending the contract, I left a one-star rating and he messaged me asking to remove it... Highly unprofessional. It will take up to 3 days for them to process whether I will receive my money back. I will write an update later.

The writer failed to meet deadlines, and the work produced was very poor. I had to spend a lot of hours reworking it. Missing references, references used were not accurate or not listed in the reference list. Large portions were repeated later in the same assignment. When the drafts were sent back to the writer for corrections she failed to correct them all. Overall very poor quality. Then I still had to pay 70% of total because I needed to use parts of the writers product (having gone 2 days over agreed deadline I did not have time to start from scratch) which is ridiculous given the finished result. Will not be using the service again.
I contacted customer service twice before the final draft was given, voicing concerns over quality of the first two drafts provided and failing to meet deadlines, the agents I spoke with were good and appeared to understand my concerns with one getting in contact with the writer to ensure deadlines would be met. The third one I spoke to after final draft was not of adequate standard just kept pushing that I still had to pay 70%, despite me having given extra time to the writer and flagging concerns earlier... 70% is not right considering the stress involved and that I still had to spend hours on the assignment fixing it, which is exactly what the service is meant to avoid!
A friend had heard of it and we both decided to use it.
