The writer did a good job of organizing my thoughts, however, I would have a little more communication since it is an Essay for Grad school. His communications were unclear, rushed, and short. The Essay had all the right grammatical changes to what I had put together. But I think I will need to work on it some more for it to be submitted to my application. It will need a stronger conclusion to tie all the thoughts together.

The writers are quick to offer their service without reading the task. They choose to do tasks they are not competent at. They are not honest about their capabilities and level of competence. The writing is poor and full of errors.

This issue has already been resolved. Support contacted the user and suggested possible solutions.
Very unprofessional service, did not meet the deadline and had to adjust the paper myself because the writer was 1. Taking too long to fix minor issues, and 2. Not fixing the issues that were addressed. Customer service proceeded to tell me they basically dont do anything to fix the issue but give me back 30 % of the funds or else they will upload the paper so it will be plagiarized if I use it.

Many writers are canceling their bids, which is very confusing for the customer and makes the choice of writer more complex. I would like to have to opportunity to assess this behaviour, which would be an extra determinant of the writers total assessment.
