I like how you can choose which writer to write your paper. I had a hard time adding the funds to my account, had to try like 5 times for it to go through. Shouldn't make it that hard to take my money.

I made the mistake of making the due time the same as my actual due date for the paper, and I didn't get the paper until 12 minutes before the due time. I included a rubric with simple things I needed(cover page, table of contents) and none of those were included. The paper was a page shorter than required and had at least 7 or 8 typos/grammar errors. I would have had no problem paying that price if it was the product that was expected.
I procrastinated and then something came up on my due date so I was desperate.

Was quoted a price then the writer increased it. For a while there was no response from her and eventually she canceled the bid. It felt fraudulent that she upped the price the way she did. If it hadn't been for the very polite and amiable representative I would have moved on to another company.
