The experience is an easy-to-use interface. Chat is beneficial when needed, and answered questions appropriately. The writer requested a five-star review for an average completed task. Three stars was given as the task was completed before time, but grammar and sentence structure needs work before I submit the paper. The writer's writing skills should have been of a higher standard based on her professional outline. My university and I have higher standards, including current nursing terminology, but the assignment is something I can work with. It wasn't worth explaining to the writer what changes are needed, as completing them myself is easier and quicker. Thank you all the same; it has saved me some time completing some baseline work.

I submitted an assignment. The instructions were clear to summarize a scientific article. The article was returned to me with plagiarism in summary. The writer used almost the exact wording from the article switching around a few words and no quotations. I was told to rewrite the article by my professor and given an incomplete for the course. I resubmitted the paper as an edit to a different writer, and the same thing happened. I have now spent $50 plus $36 on this paper with a $15 refund from the first paper. I am still in the process of rewriting this paper and feel the issue has not been entirely resolved. I submitted for a refund on the last report and did not get word. I attached the piece with examples of continued plagiarism in writing. A writer wrote one other assignment competently, and I am satisfied with it.

They get the job done, but you're not very involved in the process. Sometimes when you give them simple instructions, they take it out of context and produce a product that far exceeds what you need to the point you can not use it. Ensure you are in constant touch with the writer and keep returning the product until you are satisfied. I had to go back three times.
