After placing my order and paying for it online days passed by without any response. I visited their office to see closed doors. Why operate site when out of business?
Now I am going for vacation without presents. I will lodge complaint with Consumer Rights department as soon as I return
I ordered some products on esybuy.com then was called to confirm the delivery whereas I waited the whole day to no avail not even a phone call the call center doesn't respond which is very frustrating then the following day again nothing... we finally got hold of them where the telephone staff simply told us you will not get your products today although we are sorry for not being able to deliver yesterday. I asked for a call back from the supervisor however to no surprise never came and when calling back I was told to cancel the order as the items will not be delivered... I mean what kind of service is that... for the viewers out there don't order from this place aso you will go through the same pain and experience... they don't deserve your hard earned money for such poor service
In the first order it self we came to know that substandard materials which we get in 5 Dirham shop is provided in higher rate by esybuy. There is no refund policy. With that money we need to buy another product and again 19 AED delivery charge. Others think and order.
They send me totally different items and i recognized that the same moment of delivery after i paid i called them i called the courier guy who was still in the building but after they took my money they never accept to return
Bought a watch for the first time on the website, got the product the next day. Customer service is prompt
The follow up regarding orders and delivery has been outstanding.
