I've been on the site since November 2023. I met someone who is handsome, charming and romantic. He answers my direct questions so I know he's not AI. He was upfront about not being American even though he lives here. Maybe we'll never meet but keeping my fingers crossed.
This site is a total scam. It's based in Ukraine, which is why you will see tons of Ukrainian people on their site. After a while of talking to certain other people who say on their profile that they are from other countries, turns out they are also from Ukraine. Coincidence? I don't think so. I am a female, was looking for a male, generic responses, emails that seem like they've been written by professionals, never answered (none of them) to questions regarding their profiles, it doesn't take a nuclear physicist to realize this is totally fake. Such a shame, their customer service makes you think you're crazy because you're saying this I already called them and told them what I think.

Apparently, negative reviews are exaggerated. It's definitely not the worst site. There are real women there, maybe they are not exactly the ones who are exceptionally and conventionally attractive, but still there are a lot of decent and genuine women on Eurodate. I had a few dates through them, and all of these women turned out to be real. I had a short-term relationship with one of them. So I built trust with Eurodate, I consider it credible enough.
First of all I have to say that it is easy to use the site with many interesting features. Price is very expensive but that is your choice to pay to use features or not. Paying in hope that we, paid users want to be protected and more chance to communicate with legit people. Recently I chatted with a guy and I know for sure he is a Russian and I forced him to admid that he has a wife and he gave excuses that he has a woman on the site with which he build a relationship. I just want to warn this guy (name: Brian, live in LA -USA, 52 years old IT man; ID *******3942). He is playing feelings with women who is looking for serious relationship. He mentioned in his profile he is living in USA but he lives in Russia and he is Russian. Stay away from him... a cheater. You can see his confess in below screenshots.

This site is a total scam. It's a site with fake chats to get you to respond to the fake chat written by the fake person on the other end. Of course, sitejabber is total BS too. It's here to make this horrible site look real.

Bought a membership with Euro Date, it was new and exciting about using this app, 19.99 promotional offer and then I pay 50 monthly for 150 credit, this credit ran out if fast, what happend is as soon as you get credit the app looking for open email, you don't want to open and take your credit. Try to talk to the customer, they take a lot of time to help you. Certified member who can use the application for free referred to me in a bad way nothing happens.
I sent an email requesting cancellation and refund. I spoke to 8 different agents who confirmed the cancellation but not the refund and I explained what happened and how I felt. After requesting the refund,
One agent gave me 20 credit to use the app and I refused to continue due to poor service. They are not clear in the service they provide and use fake profiles, si they refund this amount to My card and when I asked for My remaining balance they refused to refund my money. I do not recommend them at all.

I am American, so we might do things differently. However, I never been on a dating app that allows credits and you buy them. I wasn't even chatting for more than an hour and my "credits" ran out. I don't believe in paying for something that you have to buy more of to continue chatting that's a scam. But like I said I'm an American so we do things differently.
