Don't order from Euroluxury - it's a con! - I actually didn't want to give them even 1 star the service has been so poor!
Having placed an online order in good faith, I am amazed at an organisation who take an order for an item, comfirm order successful after validating payment and then refuse to despatch items. Despite my bank statement confirming payment made Euroluxury can only say they can't find my payment and tell me to check with my bank again. Which I have done again, and again (they have in fact told me to do this 4 times but the asnwer doesn't change) I have offered to send them an extract from my bank statement but told that it won't help... and "check with your bank again". I want to make sure that no one else is subject to the extremely poor customer service and loss of money
