Horrific policy. My license from Canada updates every 5 yrs as do most across the globe. This is so for update of address and photo. According to Europcar policy if your license has a issue date of less than 1 year you can't rent a car. In my case, mine had renewed in Jan so although I have been driving for 40 years, I was given a hard time, an unbending front desk person and a delay in starting my holiday. Terrible policy. I will not rent from there again

Our shuttle bus is allocate in the bus station opposite of the Arrival hall, 50 meters of the entrance of Arrival Hall.

#1! No markings at the airport! EXTREMELY aggravating to search for the pick up spot or try talking to personnel... How EVERY OTHER rental companies managed to HAVE a sign pointing towards it, but you?.
2) adding to the unnecessary excitement shuttle driver not having name in his list. Why is it even NECESSARY? In the USA we have NEVER been asked to prove reservation for the damn shuttle.

It is true that since we took over the Europcar operation in Greece (01/10/2022), we have done our best to provide our clients with exceptional travel experiences every time they use our service, but unfortunately, the airport regulations prohibit us from displaying any signage in the airport or arrival hall. Although all instructions were included in the voucher you received. We are following Europcar International's policy as it concern the mandatory of the flight approvals document you need to show us during the shuttle bus service.
As it concern the technician problems we have shared your comments with Europcar International's Technician department to recheck the technical issues of the website and app.
