Horrific policy. My license from Canada updates every 5 yrs as do most across the globe. This is so for update of address and photo. According to Europcar policy if your license has a issue date of less than 1 year you can't rent a car. In my case, mine had renewed in Jan so although I have been driving for 40 years, I was given a hard time, an unbending front desk person and a delay in starting my holiday. Terrible policy. I will not rent from there again

It was written where to find our shuttle bus. We do understand that signs need to be in the airport although the policy of the airport won't allow us. As about the delay during the check in, we will provide our team with additional customer service training to prevent similar issues from happening in the future.

Things went well. Customer service nice but it was hard to find shuttle at the airport and I got a car with out windshield washer fluid.
