Horrific policy. My license from Canada updates every 5 yrs as do most across the globe. This is so for update of address and photo. According to Europcar policy if your license has a issue date of less than 1 year you can't rent a car. In my case, mine had renewed in Jan so although I have been driving for 40 years, I was given a hard time, an unbending front desk person and a delay in starting my holiday. Terrible policy. I will not rent from there again

Die Station zu finden, war nicht ganz leicht. Tipp für D links orientieren und gut fünf Minuten gehen... war etwas schlecht ausgeschildert... größere Banner oder Fahnen wären Hilfreich. Auto war super!

Ich habe einen online Check in gemacht.
Trotzdem musste ich nochmal alles vor Ort machen.
Also online Check in sinnlos.
Außerdem sollte ich noch eine zusätzliche Versicherung über 120€ abschließen, dass ist nicht akzeptabel.

Fue una experiencia fácil y buena. En Grecia se conduce muy bien, no hay mucho tráfico por la carretera. La oficina está muy bien situada cerca del aeropuerto y te llevan en coche al mismo. Hay una gafolinera cerca con buenos precios

Catastrophique
On nous a donné une voiture 4 ceintures pour 5 personnes, on s'est retrouvé avec un pneu dégonflé ils ne sont pas venus nous aider on a du se débrouiller seule, ils nous on fait payer pour 2 jours de location alors qu'on l'avait loué 30h donc 6h où la voiture a été immobilisée dans un garage et où on a pas pu s'en servir

Le réceptionniste était à l'aéroport à 23h, bon contact bonnes explications contrôle du véhicule nickel.
Le personnel est au top.
Juste un retour, l'essence était au trois quart, il serait plus judicieux de louer les voitures avec le plein.
Pour les vacanciers, il est plus facile de faire un retour du véhicule avec le plein plutôt que de la remettre avec les trois quart.

Le réservoir n'était pas plein au départ de la location. Alors qu'il est stipulé dans la confirmation de réservation que le réservoir doit être plein et rendu plien. Pas possible de se plaindre à 23h00 alors que le réservoir n'est plein qu'a moitié.

Die Abholung durch den Shuttlebus funktionierte reibungslos. Die Übergabe des Autos war auch problemlos. Der Mitarbeiter machte auch noch Fotos vom Zustand des Autos. Tank war auch, wie gewünscht, voll.

Μας είχαν στη reception της Europcar στο αεροδρόμιο Ελ. Βενιζέλος για την παραλαβή του οχήματος για μισή ώρα λέγοντας μας ότι θα μας κάνουν αναβάθμιση οχήματος στο τέλος μας έδωσαν το ίδιο που είχα κλείσει. Δεν είχαν αυτοκίνητα και οι υπάλληλοι ρωτούσαν ο ένας τον άλλον. Το αμάξι ήταν άριστο και καινούργιο. Οι υπάλληλοι στο parking είχαν άψογη συμπεριφορά.

Ολα ήταν μια χαρά! Μόνο μια διευκρίνιση... Δεν γνώριζα ότι χρειάζομαι πιστωτική κάρτα τραπέζης για να ενοικιάσω όχημα καθώς δεν το είχα ξανακάνει, οπότε καλό θα ήταν, μιας και μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο 2 φορές, να με ρώτουσατε για να επιβεβαιωθείτε ότι το γνωρίζω ή όχι, πριν φτάσω εκεί μεσα στη μάυρη νύχτα και ψάχνουμε να βρούμε λύσεις... Κατά τα άλλα όλα μια χαρά!

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia. Mają nowe duże klimatyzowane biuro blisko lotniska Chania. Przyjemnie załatwia się wszystkie formalności. Samochód który otrzymaliśmy był totalnie nowy. Spędziliśmy w nim super wakacje jeżdżąc i zwiedzając wyspę. Gorąco polecam.

Alles in Ordnung. Bei der Übernahme wird auf jeden kleinen Steinschlag an der „Bodenleiste" geachtet, ist das nicht etwas zu übertrieben, bei uns war alles okay, aber wir sind der Meinung dass dies normaler Verschleiß ist.

Il est vrai que depuis que nous avons repris l'opération Europcar en Grèce (01/10/2021), nous mettons tout en œuvre pour offrir à nos clients des expériences de voyage exceptionnelles à chaque fois qu'ils utilisent notre service. Cependant, la réglementation de l'aéroport nous interdit d'afficher des panneaux dans l'aéroport ou le hall d'arrivée. Même si le bon que vous avez reçu contenait toutes les instructions.
