Their website is deceiving. It appears to be an American company but it's all from China. As of today I'm waiting 20 days for 3 items. Unfortunately I'll probably have to return it because the China clothes NEVER fit. They're always made too small. Super disappointing. Shipping is unacceptable.
Company has never emailed me or called me after 3 attempts of my size 5 1/2 softball women canvas sneakers which I ordered over. A month ago. They don't answer phone or email even after I submitted 3 complaints on their website. But they took my money out of my account with no problem

Ordered items and paid additional shipping price so I could have the items before the 4th of July and never received them even after paying the additional shipping cost. Sent 2 emails in regards to this issue and still haven't heard anything from the company on this.
I've purchased several items including sweatshirts, t-shirts, a jumpsuit, a pair of shoes and sandals n. 40 which turned out to be short so I recommend buying a size up. I requested information to make the return and they were very helpful and professional.
The quality of the cotton is quite good.
Not true to size my small is too big. Shirt quality is okay the shoe Quality is the worst I've ever seen. I have sent 2 emails to their customer service about return information and have not been contacted. I'm guessing they are waiting for the 30 days to expire for returning. Very disappointed because some of their things are really cute. I would have been a repeat customer.

So I finally got my replacement skull sneakers. Worn them a handful of times in the 2 weeks or so since I got them. They are falling apart. Literally. They haven't gotten wet. I can only conclude they ate manufactured with sub par materials. How very disappointing. I didn't even bother to message them. What's the use. Very disappointing

I ordered a pair of denim shorts with American flag on them. And a pair of skull sneakers. I used their sizing chart. The shorts came with the zipper ripped off and the sneakers were 2 sizes too small. After jumping through all the customer service hoops I was told that I could get a refund on shorts (not a full refund mind u) of 10.00. And they would send me replacement shoes in the right size. It's been weeks and still no refund. And no sneakers. And I can barely get anyone to answer my emails. From judging the shorts I would say the quality of the clothes is very poor at best and good luck with customer service

Ordered items 3 weeks ago for Thanksgiving. Order is still in China. At this point hoping to get the Christmas items before Christmas arrives. I'm not sure what typical time is but wish that was posted prior to ordering…. I wouldn't have ordered for Thanksgiving.

I wanted to return an item because I did not like the fit. They responded by asking me why I was returning the item. I responded to their email. But still have not gotten a reply back. I sent 2 more emails asking for a status, still nothing. I will not be shopping with them again.

Took 6 weeks to ship and missed the event. I ordered it 5 weeks in advance. Fought me on the return and offered a 30% refund and to keep the items. I should've taken it but I honestly didn't need the items. Then they took forever to refund the items after receipt and only refunded 80%. Terrible. I never even opened the package.
I received my baseball and softball shirts, shorts, and earrings. Everything was great! I had a sizing issue with one item, but customer service helped me right away! I can't wait to wear my new stuff and tell everyone on my kids softball and baseball teams about this site.

Even though the item I received was 4 sizes smaller and 2 inches shorter than advertised, which I proved by providing a picture proving this, I still had to pay to ship these jeans back! I paid 9 dollars to have them shipped to me, and had to pay 12 to ship them back. They advertised these jeans as being 12-14 in size, and they fit smaller than my normal size 8 jeans. I bought them bigger on purpose so they would be a little baggy. They refused to pay for shipping. I will never buy anything from this company again. The jeans on top are my size 8 jeans, and the ones are bottom are supposed to be the size 12-14. HUGE DISCREPANCY.

I recently ordered matching shirts for me and my daughter. I received two email notifications for the shipment stating both items have been shipped and are on their way. Then, I received notification that one of the items was unavailable at the moment and I will be refunded the money. The company would not explain this discrepancy nor why I wasn't given the option to wait for the item. I was offered a discount code if I wanted to order again but they wanted a reply to an email before they gave me the code. I do not trust this company to do any further business with them.

Evaless has amazing designs. It is difficult to choose something because they have a lot of beautiful clothes!. In this ocasion, I chose this T-shirt that I love. I am impressed with the amazing quality.
I received a pair of shoe that were too small. I emailed to let them know and they are replacing them for free. I don't have to send the small pair back. How nice is that! Can't wait to receive my new ones.

I bought a pair of jeans in Evaless. Very stretchy, I could have probably sized down! I'm normally a 16/18 and bought an 18 and it fits a little loosely after a couple hours of wear. However, they are very comfortable and cuff easily!
