I found Everbuying as a very simple and comfortable sit to buy goods. Everything there is clear and site works very reliable, I have not met any problems. Many of the prices are better than on e.g. Aliexpress. I decided to order and it was completed fast and properly. My goods were very well packed and came to Poland within 2 weeks from ordering. Personally I can recommend buying at Everbuying and will comeback again for sure!
The cellular phone takes more than 3 weeks to arrive. The worse nightmare just began! The cellular phone does not receive any signals from both SIM cards! I am using AT&T network! The most popular network in USA! Simply, this is the cellular phone not working to be used in USA. The customer service asked to return the item back to CHINA in your own spend! CHINA! CHINA! CHINA! Very important. Let me repeat 3 times! It will cost more than $25 to pay for international shipping. The worst part is... they never get your money back. They just refund your money in their web site credit to force you to purchase their products AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

Recently purchased a smart phone... Item is quick and very good BUT resource hungry. Tried a number of things to reduce battery use. I have also sent a number of emails re this issue and where can i buy additional batteries. No luck as they state they don't sell them on their own. I ordered from ebay what i thought was a compatible battery. Wrong size. Problem is if phone goes wrong and you send back from the UK it costs a bit. It would be better if they either sold batteries or directed the consumer to a site for the said item. Have also asked for a charger. No luck. Frustrating to say the least.
Yet again everbuying customer service has let me down. I had already decided to close this account but still have orders pending delivery. Another order not received which was shipped via Hungary post. Everbuying accept no responsibility and offer a 50 percent discount if I re order. Which leaves me out of pocket yet again. The customer service is appalling. They have no loyalty to customers and are more than happy to ignore and insult you with feeble excuses. Don't expect too much from them should you have a problem with an order whether it be failed delivery or a wrong or faulty item. If your lucky you will only receive a dozen excuses before they ignore you. Look else where there are many other wholesale sites offering the same products who offer better service. Hope this helps. I ordered two LED light bulbs on 9-24-13 and they arrived yesterday, 1-3-14. Over 3 MONTHS it took! This was my first experience with Everbuying and it will definitely be my last. There are many other good merchants to deal with that offer similar products at as-good or better prices. Avoid Everybuying and save yourself a lot of frustration.

Well first off I never received a tracking number (in order to check status of shipment) after process of payment. Second I have been very unsuccessful at reaching anyone with the customer service number provided nor any response to emails and third the recent bad reviews this company has received. So my question is to anyone reading, do they have an accurate telephone or email available for this company. It would be greatly appreciated. Purchased an Android phone and some accessories plus got insurance. The total cost was $105. I Called numerous times about the status of my order and got the same generic response: Please be patient. That should have been a red flag, because no one ever says that. After inquiring numerous times and given the same generic:: "Just Wait" answer. I was told to wait until after 45 days after the item was shipped out. Of course, I listened and waited patiently. Now after 48 days my emails and correspondence is not being answered. Just goes to show you that a nice, fancy functional website does not mean anything and can still be shady. Guess that in China the populace just accept any thing that's done to them. I would not recommend this site to anyone. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Normal Shop. For 2 years did there 11 orders, one parcel lost in transit, other goods reached. Support helped solve several problems. Price matches the quality of the goods. I am satisfied with these purchases, I will buy more.
Purchased an External Battery Charger on Oct 15... as of Nov 4 I still have not received the item. The tracking number they provided me with is bogus. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and have filed a claim to get a full refund. I absolutely do NOT recommend purchasing from this 'company'... total scammers.

I shopped at Everbuying.net (by the way, earlier - Everbuying.com) since April of 2013. Selecting this store - lowest price by coupons and accumulated points. That's not all - an additional discount given when booking via the mobile application. Emerging issues are always resolved quickly and clearly. But in fairness it should be noted that the store still has room for improvement of quality of service. I would buy here in the future and recommend it to everybody.

Im not sure why everyone is complaining i have had many orders off them before im located in Australia they always contact me and always have answered my emails... There has never been anything wrong with the products i got. Only delay was postage but they made it possible for me to make my own home business.
Everbuying.net is associated with many online sites including vandadeals.com, cheap-android-phones.com, gsmphonedeals.com. DO not order from these sites. The system is all the same. I placed an order with gsmphonedeals.com, not received. Sent several tickets. I got one response saying accounts would send me an email confirming a refund had been processed, which never showed. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a phone that was supposedly sent from the Netherlands and did not receive a tracking number despite their shipping policy stating that every order is given a tracking number. I find it very convenient that you can't track the parcels and I don't believe that the European warehouse exists.
Don't bother ordering from these sites. Pay a little more and order from ebay - at least you're protected then.

I purchased a Cell phone from this site that stopped working after about 2 weeks. Although they advertise a 90 day warranty, just try and get help from them. I was told I could upgrade to another phone by sending 60 dollars which I unfortunately did. I am now being told all the phone I pick are out of stock and I should wait. I made the mistake of waiting to file a claim with Paypal after the first phone become defective and will not make that mistake again. Although their prices are very good I would never buy anything from this company you are not willing to just throw away if it doesn't work (asking them for after purchase support is useless)

10 days still no phone. Site said 24hr. Shipping, it took them 6 days, I foolishly took out express shipping with (D. H. L.) I declined insurance, but was still charged. The site said (2-3)days delivery, but still not arrived, and to make matters worse, D. H. L. Automatically bill you for taxes, for item, insurance and delivery as well.(£23) on(£88) phone, so I've no longer made any saving buying on this site. If i'd taken free shipping then chances are that no taxes would have been added, as they only pick out random parcels for excise inspection. It saves the site money. When you pay your own delivery.so don't use express delivery! It will cost you more than you think. I Hope my phone arrives soon, and works, but dealings with this site don't fill me with confidence.

Biggest run around I've ever seen, should be illegal for them to be able to "so call " sale on here. I really don't look to receive my bike saddle, and paypal probably want do a thing about it. I thought paypal supposed to protect you. Well Everbuying I'm never buying from you crooks again.

Guys do not ever buy from this website. These guys are cheaters. I have ordered 5 items last month (one T-shirt, 2 shirts, one iPhone Protective glass, and one Shades) out these 5 items just received 4 items while I paid for 5 items. One shirt was missing in my order worth $21.30. Plus the iPhone protective glass was broken so no safe delivery of your items. When I submit query or complaint about missing item these guys never responded me back till date. They do not even have any customer care number that one can get hold of these cheaters. I wasted my money so don't waste yours. My order was of $60 plus $3 for expedited shipping. Upon delivery I have to again pay $23 to DHL guys as custom duty... BULL$#*!!
All in All, don't waste your money on this fake website. Better go with Amazon.

Ordered a phone on July 1st and it arrived with me in the UK only a few days later. Have ordered several other items (phones, tech etc) from here too with no problems. Customer services are helpful and reply pretty quickly.
Make an order to everbuying not the first time. I buy phones and more. Satisfied. I recommend. Goods packaged well. Delivery takes normally around 20 days. Delivery with tracking number. Phones are already a couple of months, work well. Pleasant prices. Operational communication with customers. I will be shopping again.
Ever buying, Gear best, Dealsmachine they are one. Five orders refunded two times cards not verified, two times system problem, last time no reason, no explanation. But now I felt thanks, my money is refunded. Many item dont have in stock but still not taking down from website.Or simply dont like paying through PP.

Everbuying.com is a scam. I've been waiting 3 months for my order, all they tell me is to be patient and wait more. They refuse to process an insurance claim for a lost order. The US customer service telephone is an answering machine only - the message is in such bad English I can't understand what is being said. I'd may as well have taken my $104 and burned it, which would have been less frustrating than this. Everbuying.com doesn't realize when a customer orders something they just want the product, not the process. Scammers plain and simple.
