I found Everbuying as a very simple and comfortable sit to buy goods. Everything there is clear and site works very reliable, I have not met any problems. Many of the prices are better than on e.g. Aliexpress. I decided to order and it was completed fast and properly. My goods were very well packed and came to Poland within 2 weeks from ordering. Personally I can recommend buying at Everbuying and will comeback again for sure!
The cellular phone takes more than 3 weeks to arrive. The worse nightmare just began! The cellular phone does not receive any signals from both SIM cards! I am using AT&T network! The most popular network in USA! Simply, this is the cellular phone not working to be used in USA. The customer service asked to return the item back to CHINA in your own spend! CHINA! CHINA! CHINA! Very important. Let me repeat 3 times! It will cost more than $25 to pay for international shipping. The worst part is... they never get your money back. They just refund your money in their web site credit to force you to purchase their products AGAIN! STAY AWAY!
Buyers stay away! This is an Asian site that ships junk! I bought a Firefly Pad for my wife for Christmas and it was junk... didn't work. I returned it for replacement and never got one. They just keep stringing you along promising to take care of it but really are only trying to buy time until it becomes too late to file a complaint with PayPal.
I ordered a few items from this site the amount is $187.04 in expedited shipment so I'll get my order faster but since last Aug 31,2013 up to now nothing arrive. They keep on giving so many tracking numbers and promised that it will come 3-5 days but nothing and when I checked with FedEx myself they said its invalid and they didn't forward anything to FedEx. I'm really so disappointed with this site! Now I want my money back and I hope it wont take 1 month for refund!

This is a Chinese wholesaler - if you order from here, you do it for two reasons: Either you want something you don't get outside mainland China. Or you want to save money. EverBuying does both in a very decent manner. But it does NOT deliver fast, and the communication with Customer Support can be funny at times. They do answer, though, and they do get the job done. So I don't really get some of the negative comments here. You don't buy branded stuff in an expensive High Street store of your home country. You buy from a special service far, far away from home. The only reason I don't give five stars is because the information on the website is sometimes misleading - delivery times are almost always wrong.
Placed order recently and I found that company has authentic goods at super prices with free delivery. You do have to be patient as goods will come from China but two to three weeks and you save yourself a bundle

After exhausting all my options I have just lodge a claim with PayPal to solved the situation on my behalf.
My item has been siting in the processing stage for more then 14 days now even with expedited shipping, which is so strange. I also believe that the communication department is automated because they send everyone the same things as i just found out. This site in my opinion is a fraud.and people should search the net before making a purchase.

Ordered a One Plus Two with Expedited Shipping. First they ask me for some verification ID and I sent them the photos of the payer's card and passport. Yet, it has already been 3-4 days since the purchase, it still shows processing.
There is a reason why I chose Expedited shipping because I want my package to arrive fast and not get delayed unnecessarily in the name of processing.

I discovered everbuying.net on facebook, and started by buying a small item to test. Now, I have purchased 8 items with this company without any bad experience. Products are exactly as described, prices are unbeatable and customer service efficient and fast. One time, I had to cancel an order and I was immediately refunded. ahappydeal.com, gearbest.com, everbuying.com, everbuying.net are all the same company. I am pretty sure they have paid people to post the positive reviews, they only allow positive or relatively neutral reviews posted on their site. They sell cheap, more often then not, faulty merchandise. When you have a problem with it (an you will) they will break the law and not take it back despite UK law now stating it is required for online retailers to take returns without even needing a reason for any online purchases within the first 14 days of receiving the goods. They instead offer only store credit so you can buy more of their cheap goods. If you insist on returning it they will make you pay to ship all the way back to China. So basically if you order from them you'll end up losing money and more importantly lots of time from your life.
If there was a -star I would use it. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered on Sep 29 and its now October 3 and the item has not yet been shipped. They advertise shipping in 24 hours. Well that's a lie. Never again. I thought they were an American Company but now find out otherwise. I have sent them 4 messages and no reply to either.

I have ordered several times from Everbuying.com some cell phones and other small items. Everything was perfect - exactly the same items as claimed, no damages and very good quality for a reasonable price. The only inconvenience is the long term of delivery (much more than 25 business days as announced) and the impossibility to track the parcel in flat rate shipping. The customer service is good enough. Overall it's a good site for me.
I started using everbuying in 2014 and have never had any major issues with them. They have great items at very affordable prices and are always there to help you when you encounter any issues. The live support is very active and effective especially the one for skype. Shipping is always fast between (5 - 10)days when you choose registered airmail which is free for orders over 40$ and (15-35)days for unregistered mail which are small items with small $ value. You can always choose to add a tracking number by paying an extra 2$ which is always worth it because your item will be sent by airmail. Every item i have bought is always like they described or even better according to me. This is an honest and fair review because on further research i have found that most negative reviews are written by rival companies and people who have not tried to work out a solution for their experience..
Even after reading several rather negative reviews about this website, I decided I'd place a small order and check them out for myself. So I ordered a couple of items and after my purchase arrived, I was so impressed with the quality vs. price, that I immediately placed another order. I placed an order for merchandise on Dec 16,2013 with expedited shipping so that it would arrive by Christmas for my children, The company took my payment of over $90.00, but as of today Dec 23, it still says processing. I submitted a complaint ticket to customer support and they tell me 2 days before Christmas that my merchandise is out of stock. Not so good. Gonna have disappointed children for Christmas this year because I spent my last dollar on these gifts.

Might be a SCAM! I recently spent almost $200 dollars of merchandise from this place(in Korea). I paid using a pre paid card, they took the money out. Then they wanted photo copy of an I. D or passport. Sounds like they are trying to steal my identity as well. It's better to shop on a trusted site than lose hundreds of dollars. BAD mistake on my part thinking I could trust a site that's based in Asia.

I ordered a smartphone with a SD card a couple of weeks ago. Everything was "in stock" but after a couple of days, the order was still "processing". I asked everbuying why it took so long to ship my package (I also payed extra for "expedited shipping") and they told me one item was out of stock...
Finally, I received an email saying my order was "shipped out" via DHL but it has been 3-4 days the package is stuck in Singapore...
I don't even know if the package will arrive one day...

I have bought several items from Everbuying. Quick to ship out, but takes a month to receive items. Packaging for shipping however is terrible. Your item is placed in a plastic bag and labeled. That's all. Just a plastic bag. If you order something that will not get damaged by rough handling you're okay, like a pillow. Ordering a watch? Not good as it arrives broken and not working. They do refund purchase to your wallet so you can buy something else. But waiting a month and getting broken items is a waste of time.
I ordered a 7 inch android tablet 3 weeks ago I got it for my sisters birthday a week before her birthday, so I got it on sept. 28 I got an email saying it was sent out the first friday oct. 4. First of all it should not take that long to ship out. I got 3-5 day shipping tracking order comes up with nothing and today is oct. 14. These people have a horrible website and I will never use it again.
