I found Everbuying as a very simple and comfortable sit to buy goods. Everything there is clear and site works very reliable, I have not met any problems. Many of the prices are better than on e.g. Aliexpress. I decided to order and it was completed fast and properly. My goods were very well packed and came to Poland within 2 weeks from ordering. My name is Hernando B. My experince with everbuying.com was really negative because i did an order in April 10.2011 the order with tracking number. RF *******SG and the other tracking number *******7012 updated 25-03-2011 the total order i paid was $192.67 by the way, the last order i made never came i kept calling, sending mail to customer support to everbuying.com. Lots of times contacting myself with the Administration Elva. I made several claims with her but she never resolved this promblem saying the order never came to china but she told me that she would help if i pay. $13.34 but she said that if i pay that amount send me back the order. I made the payment three weeks ago by the way i havent recieved nothing yet the total items she will have to send me 23 items i keep waiting but they havent resolved anything i have had 4 months waiting for them to resolved the claim but they havent send me nothing suppost to i paid a isurance for the order $ 4.50 cents or they can send me my money back because the administrator, told me she would give me the money back for 38 dollars, no ipaid $192.77 cents. I just want yall to help me resolve this problem because the employers havent tooken this claim serios. Like that i think that the company are loosing points and custumers, for example every month i buy to china $900 or $1000. And never had problems with the companies.

- I bought a phone for more than 170
- Everybuying choose the postnl as parcel for expedition
- The delivery was unsuccessful due to unconformity of item description (and not for contrefaçon). So LaPoste has returned back the item to the seller.
- I ask a refund and now everybuying don't accept and suggest two solutions

- that as a seller, he is not responsible of delivery, and he has not to fulfill the engagement (but postnl is the reponsible even if postnl is not the seller).
- that I have to re-order and to pay the same item so the price is quasi X 2
- or they as "a generous seller" gives me 50$ wallet.
In other hand, I visited many forums talking about "everybuying and postnl" incidence, I see that the situation is "worldwide" for this month (Bulgary, Italy, Spain).

It's a good site like dealextreme.The products almost is cheap. I like it.
After searching around on the websites and also consulting my friends back in China about buying from Taobao.com, I came up with the conclusion of finding alternative ways to buy from Taobao.com. Which is finding a website that can buy the products for me and also can save me some bucks on shippings. Speaking of shipping, the info I got straight from calling Chinese post office who also providing fast shipping overseas, the price came up with ¥240 for the first 500 grams, and then every additional 500 grams add 70 RMB ( Chinese currency), so if you have 2 KG products to buy, the price is going to be 240+70*3, for your references, $1 is about 6 RMB. If you buy sweaters or heavy winter coats, it's going to cost you a fortune to get them. Besides, you better have friends in China who knows exactly what you want and can also do quality control for you, and that would be the only condition that you would buy products from china without worried about getting craps.
With my money issues, I found Everybuying.com. I am a Chinese, I believed staffs from everybuying.com are also Chinese, so they won't rape me off. I was wrong! The clothing I bought was cheap quality, took about 3 weeks to get here in my hands in America, and they claimed some of my clothing were out of stock, but when I added them in the cart way back when I purchased them, it seems the website had them for sure, and that's how I was able to process payment. I never receive those cloth that were out of stock, which is about 50% of my total purchase. And yes, they raped my money without even blink their eyes!
Please, please, please, buyers, stay away from this evil website. I am Chinese, I am ashamed of my Chinese people doing this horrible business online, just so they can rub your money. I will never ever buying from them again. No more!
Also, every time when you send message to the sales representative, right after you submitted your message, it says "Thank you for your review". I think maybe that's how they got those awesome 5 star reviews, they just simply got through their review system, and pull them out, add whatever crap they want to say and post it. This is the only way I can think of how they can get so many good reviews. So, if you didn't receive your products and didn't send them messages to check, you might never receive your products, if you did send them message, you potentially leave them a 5 star reviews. My suggestion is: this web is completely a fraud, do not buying from them!
