I found Everbuying as a very simple and comfortable sit to buy goods. Everything there is clear and site works very reliable, I have not met any problems. Many of the prices are better than on e.g. Aliexpress. I decided to order and it was completed fast and properly. My goods were very well packed and came to Poland within 2 weeks from ordering. Personally I can recommend buying at Everbuying and will comeback again for sure!
The cellular phone takes more than 3 weeks to arrive. The worse nightmare just began! The cellular phone does not receive any signals from both SIM cards! I am using AT&T network! The most popular network in USA! Simply, this is the cellular phone not working to be used in USA. The customer service asked to return the item back to CHINA in your own spend! CHINA! CHINA! CHINA! Very important. Let me repeat 3 times! It will cost more than $25 to pay for international shipping. The worst part is... they never get your money back. They just refund your money in their web site credit to force you to purchase their products AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

I have very recently bought 2 phones from the site and both have arrived promptly and exceeded my expectations. The built of the phones was wonderful, too much like the s4 on which they are based on. The quality of materials used is suprisingly good! I was actually pleasantly surprised by the very prompt delivery (paid something extra for priority shipping) and the quality of the goods. I will continue buying from everbuying.com!

I bought batteries from Everbuying back in December and i am still waiting for them to arrive and it is almost April. Their customer service says they have no tracking and to keep waiting for delivery. After 5 months i have given up, no refund and no batteries. Horrible service.

Placed order was not shipped during 5 business day with no reason and with no order status upgrade from seller. Hard to contact: service hrs in Beijing time (GMT +8) however phone number for service physically located in Florida, US.
They never confirm the caller identity, the order number is only what they are asking.
No they will con you, I bought a cell phone last year 2014 July and never got it, even after many attempts it was excuse after excuse then later they gave a fake tracking number and the items never delivered. I suggest you contact PayPal or your bank asap. I wonder why they are still allowed to be operating in the USA after all these complaints.

This company has no customer service department. Clothes are not the right size so I am trying to get somebody to tell me how to process a return and no answer. I've opened 2 tickets and have not had a response. I want to blast them on FACEBOOK and have my friends share, share, share! What a total waste of money!

I saw some negative reviews about everbuying on this site but I am honestly cant complain. Maybe only one small issue its handling time of my purchase (but keep in mind that in my order was 4 items from great chinese company Xiaomi - power plug, usb fan, action camera case and power bank). I made purchase on June 3 2015. Everything was shipped in a week with Sweden sufrace mail (also with free track number UF*******SE because of total order more than 40$).
All was packed fine, all items in original package from manufacturer, without damage, delivery time near 30 days (I live in Belarus - Eastern Europe), cant complain. Also want to mention their support help, never leave your request without answer (sometimes too polite in my taste).
For me (with coupons, mobile discount, EB points) its good chinese shop.

Also i recommend use mobile verion of site (discount 2%, search some coupons code - usually 8% and learn about EP points - they give you 100 points (2$) after first registration.
I ordered cubit c 10 worked 1 week turned off, never came back on til days later & doesn't have any service though when I put the same Sim in another phone it worked perfectly! Phone turned off again & now it's just sitting around taking up space. If I wanted to throw away $167.66 I would have done it on something useful. Stick to Amazon! Hassan, this website & it's products are a huuuugeeeeee load of crap. Thanks for my worst online ordering experience ever! Don't worry I'll let everyone know.

Ordered 7 items from this site on december 6th for christmas and not a single one arrived, sent in a help ticket and they told me its an unregistered parcel and it may move slower than other "shippment" and basically i'll have to wait 2 months until i can complain again because it can arrive anytime between now and february. I ordered two items and paid by CC on the 5th of October. The website promised the goods would be with me by the 17th October. When i put in a complaint at the website my file number was closed, they said it had been resolved. I called the company in China, nobody spoke any English. I then called a number i found in California, the lady told me that in fact they did not stock the two items ordered, I guess they went and bought these items somewhere else and finally shipped on the 17th of October. They are now saying that shipping can take up to a month to reach me. I live in the UK, so i am not sure how they are shipping but with a 6-8 week timeframe it looks like a slow boat. Avoid these guys, i am still waiting for my items which i bought as a birthday gift for my daughter.

This joke of a company deserves NO star rating at all. They have a standard message "we are sorry for the inconvenience". Yeah right. Their site says "ships in 24hrs" and they use UPS/FEDEX/DHL which should normally take 3-7 days to get the item. 2 weeks later still nothing. These were Christmas gifts for children. Furthermore, they say that they are not responsible for external links with a tracking number. Are you kidding me? They are quick to take money but very slow in delivering. That's called stealing, theft. Never again will I purchase anything from these clowns. I was going to purchase wholesale tablets from them for my company, but now I'll take my business elsewhere.

Recently made a purchase on everbuying, my order number EE************** on 01/10/2016. I want to tell the story of their purchases. My order shipped within 2 days, e-mail sent out a letter and send photos, shop track parcels sent. Delivery was fast, the parcel came 25 days before Belarus (Eastern Europe it). Seller well packed parcel, so nothing is damaged during transportation. Payment for work out PayPal, the payment was instant and the problems in the case of a refund would not. Very good support team of experts, very sociable, respond quickly. I like to shop at everbuying, when registering, I received bonuses that I have applied for a discount. On site are a variety of discounts. I've outlined a few purchases in the near future I want to order another phone and video recorder. Friends recommend shopping at everbuying.
Would not recommend this site. All the positive feedback is from website employees. I ordered four tablets, expected to be shipped withing 3-4 business days. Waited for almost two weeks and did not receive any. When I contacted them they said that three of the four tablets were not available in stock and asked if I wanted to buy something else instead. My order arrived with a broken LCD screen, I appreciate they resend a replacement after three weeks but behold the item is not working and signs of stains and dirt, looks like it has been used. I tried several fresh batteries and still wont go. I ended up switching the good parts for it to work.
Another instance, wrong color and and dead battery on watch!, Build quality issues.
I agree everbuying is a legit site, acceptable after sales service but awful product quality control, You'll never know how good your order as the picture until they arrive. They will not post a negative review of the item you purchased either.
Say a prayer before hitting the buy button, for sure it will arrive... but who knows if it works..

I often order with different internet-shops. But everbuying surprised me a lot with quality of goods and quick delivery. I bought some original Xiaomi items there (my smartphone Xiaomi Note2, smart led lamp, powerbank). Also a great thank to Customer Service. They help with answering my questions as quickly as it's possible. They give a free track number for expensive orders. So it guarantees that your goods won't be lost during shipping. I highly recommend this shop. I've never had any problems with it.
They ship right away asap (i live in Greece so it takes 15-25 days for the registered post postnl to arrive), there products are original and good quality. I had no problem with my orders or the products theme selves.
I know and visited several shopping sites with Chinese low priced products. Everbuying is great site where I can get most of the stuff at lowest price. There was also no problem with resending if something went lost on the post. I really like them.
