It is now 6/19 ordered placed on 5/15 no product yet. I emailed the company and told i would just have to wait. This is not the first time i have ordered from china most arrive in 3 weeks not 6. Avoid doing business with them.

One of the worst buying experiences of my life - and I order on-line a lot. I placed an order on 1/8/13 and still have not received it today 3/11/13. Submitted numerous tickets via their website link and keep getting the same exact response (they cut and paste) that it was shipped and to be patient. Well, I've lost my patience. I have also requested a refund several times and they will not comply. I will NEVER order from this company again. Do your research on this company and you'll see all of the complaints. I plan to research any "new" companies I order from in the future before I purchase so I don't get taken again.

Ok, let me start off by saying that I buy a fair amount of items from Ebay but this time decided to try purchasing from Everbuying. Found a cheap tablet on their website and ordered it. Shipping was reasonably quick to Canada and I was happy with the tablet. Seemed to work as described. I decided to purchase another one and here's where my issue begins. As with the first order, I also purchased "insurance" in case the product was damaged in transit. Well, it arrived damaged. I contacted support and was told my two options were either to return the item to them and they would send another one or pay half of the price again and they would send me another one. My issue is what did I pay insurance for? It seems that the customer (me) takes on all the risk. My experience with Ebay is different. Ebay sellers are willing to take on the risk for damaged or lost goods. Seems Everbuying is not. So I am not sure that I will purchase from them again.

I have made several purchases from this website. My tablet works well and was worth the wait in shipping. MP3 players and music cube also work well and were worth the wait. Micro SD cards are functional. Puzzle cube for kids is great. Good value for jewellery.

It's one of my very few favorite online shopping sites that I will rarely recommend to my friends and family members. Everything there is about 1/3 of the price I find in Canada, and yet the quality is about same and sometimes even better than the brand name ones here. The only drawback I can think of is shipping time, but the shipping cost is free, so if one gets used to its shipping time and buy ahead of time, you'll love everbuying.com so much like I am. Whenever I have something I want to buy, I always look up everbuying.com first. With everything that's 1/3 of price here, you just can't beat that. Highly recommended.!

Everbuying was recommended to me by a friend from work. At first i was a little skeptic but after my first order i was really surprised by how good is the quality of the items they sell.
My first order was for a mobile phone, a 5 inch, full hd, 3 gb ram at just 80$, a great deal. The phone arrived in 2 weeks, has the latest android operating system, was sealed in the box with all the accessories, overall in great condition. Works really good, no problems with it, i am very happy with my purchase. Since then i have kept making a lot of orders on Everbuying, they have an amazing diversity of gadgets and toys at really low price, perfect gifts for the rest of my family and friends, I recommend it to everyone i know, it is the best ever.

Pros:
I love this watch, and when I got it for my baby brother I am definite that he did too, it was very easy to use for him as all he had to do was slap it on his write and voila! There you have it. I found it a must for little kids, they'll love the spiderman watch and it's very colourful which is great!

Cons:
The only thing that I have found in the watch I have received that it is very easy to dissemble, especially since little kids fumble around with everything, from time to time I had put his watch back together and in the end have resorted to only giving him it when needed. At least the watch is safe!

Other Thoughts or Suggestions:
Funny thing is, that it arrived one day before christmas even though it was on flat rate shipping (free), so I have to thank everbuying for that!

Never buy from this service! I didn't receive the item in 30 days. A very bad communication. They don't replay on your questions. Only one reply I've got - to wait next 25 days. The tracking number doesn't show any progress in 30 days. It means they sent shipping info, but never shipped the item. The address printed on the package (the picture that is shown by seller) is wrongly printed. Seller asks to wait 25 more days to be sure that item lost. In total seller wants 55 days from me to get an item. I need money back, no response. I even paid for insurance, but now afraid no one is going to give my money back.

I have bought a phone in August 2013. One month later the battery stopped working and when I tried to replace it with the spare one, it was already broken. Which was a brand new spare battery from the package. I have contacted their customer service team and they told me they will send me a replacement batter. Two months later, still no battery. I have contacted them again in January and February and they said that it might be taking longer than usual. However right now we are at the end of June and I still haven't received it. I have talked to a lawyer and this is a case for a law suit as this is called fraud. I have been told that they should be refunding me for my purchase as the product was faulty, however this hasn't happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone as their loyalty to customers is debatable, not to mention their customer service actions.

I bought a tablet who supposedly be shipped in 3-5 business days and now is already 13 days and nothing!

I decided for myself that I will only order products there. The staff is polite and emerging issues quickly responds. On the site itself also had no problems, it always works, never has been disconnected. What I ordered, sent very quickly and the quality of packaging was good.

This site is not worth your time nothing works. Can not track my package cant even contact any one as the numbers you leave a message but at least you should have a way to contact this company and at least get information about your order will never use it again and I hope I get my money back

Finally got my order 2 month latter and I had to pay an extra 27 euros for custom charges. I find this to be extremely unpleasant and deceiving considering I was never informed. I feel totally ripped off.

Both of the lens's on the waterproof cases were scratched. I dont know if it's going to show up in the videos. I havent used them yet.

Trying to use the support center but it wont open the ticket. It keeps saying the code I am entering is wrong but it's not and I have tried changing the code and still the same response.
Maybe thats their way of not really offering support.
