P. S: for those people who have encounter the same problem as I, I suggest that you should follow their rules about buyers protection and random checked about paying your order. I think that's the problem that we misinterpret all of US. That's why we thought that their site is a fraud or we have been scams. Thanks for understanding me I'm not here just to praise everbuying despite of many negative comments but it is my own experience about shopping their site. The cellular phone takes more than 3 weeks to arrive. The worse nightmare just began! The cellular phone does not receive any signals from both SIM cards! I am using AT&T network! The most popular network in USA! Simply, this is the cellular phone not working to be used in USA. The customer service asked to return the item back to CHINA in your own spend! CHINA! CHINA! CHINA! Very important. Let me repeat 3 times! It will cost more than $25 to pay for international shipping. The worst part is... they never get your money back. They just refund your money in their web site credit to force you to purchase their products AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

I took the plunge and made three purchases from Everbuying the first back in early to mid march, now over 2 months ago and unfortunately, never received any items that I ordered. Upon trying to contact them about the issue, I was met with another impenetrable faceless wall of deception. Firstly, the live chat is non operative, all the time, secondly, the convoluted and protracted ticket system is also inoperative, as it disallows certain required boxes to be filled in, instead booting you to an endless cycle of blank screens, removing any text you manage to fill in to the other boxes. The emails I have sent all bounce, and yet they still send me marketing rubbish endlessly, showing that they are still trading. In my unfortunate experience with them, they have proven to be totally bogus, and I seriously recommend finding an alternative Chinese reseller.

Its been more than 40 days since I order my stuff... so I called the post office yesterday.
They said they have no information about it and maybe still not departed to my country...
Now, I'm worrying that my package could be lost.
Worst internet shopping experience ever!

My experience with everbuying has always and probably will be a absolutely positive one. They have so many clothes that eventually even someone as picky as me can find exactly what they're looking for and it helps so much to just go online and select the perfect clothing instead of having to run around the mall all day. 5 stars most definitely!

Like many others, I always check these guys out before ordering anything. Prices often are 1/10 or less than what I'd pay locally, and mostly include freight. Sometimes shipping is slow, but that's more a mail problem as far as I can see. They've always helped me out when something went amiss.

I really liked this store for several reasons. Firstly, the low prices at a fairly high-quality goods. Secondly, fast shipping and delivery. Third, excellent support. All shopping in this store is absolutely satisfied.

I placed my first ever order with EverBuying just recently and I'm very pleased to say that there were no negatives whatsoever. Their website is extremely well laid out, with all relevant information close at hand, and the range of stock listed is truly impressive.

The 2 items I purchased were priced much lower than anywhere else and shipping costs were included in the price, meaning that the price advertised is all you pay. Delivery time to Australia was most impressive at just 11 days and the items arrived in good condition.

Unfortunately, the C3 cell phone which I purchased was missing its user manual but once I let them know, the issue was resolved almost immediately by Lucy emailing me copies of the relevant documentation. Their communication was excellent and the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

I was so impressed by their prices & service that I'll be making a specific point of dealing with them again in the very near future.

Your order will take 3 to 5 days to process- is that unbearable? Shipping is slow, yah, but did you also notice its FREE! No complaints about that, huh! I have dealt with many Chinese based online shopping sites and Everbuying is by far one of the best I've ever come across!
Postage: between 1-3 weeks via regular post generally 1.5 weeks on average.
Customer Service: Unbelievably good, speaks good English, always looking to resolve problems.
Products: Wide variety, always true to photos and descriptions, acceptable level of quality control.
Price: some small items maybe $1-$2 more expensive then competition but the level of customer service and speed of postage is well worth it!

I had dropship over 150 orders from everbuying for over a 1000 dollar total in about 3 months, Completely reliable. My experiences: 2 times my customer didn't receive the parcel, put a request and they have full refund me. 1 time I ordered a mask, which broke. Choice to sent it back or pay half refund to get a new one. (sounds reasonable to me) the new one is o. K. Once. So in my experience with everbuying is 100% reliable. But you have to be aware: very low price means lesser quality. But sometimes it's surprisingly good.

I buy my Xiaomi earphones off this site because I know they are genuine at a very good price point. The shipping from this site is faster than sites like geekbuying.

My purchase experience has been very positive still having several problems. The product was in presale and out of stock. It supposed a delay in the sending. This was not Everbuying's problem and they informed me detailed. Later the package was retained in Hong Kong Customs for three weeks. The problem was solved by Everbuying without additional payment. Everything was communicated across his ticket department. The information was daily. I am grateful for the realized negotiations and the happy end since the product already is at home. I have returned to buy with Everbuying web page and recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much.

Having bought items from different asian sites, this one seems to be the best of all I've tried. Good written english, easy and communication, tracking number for free on your orders, relatively fast shipping and good quality products at the end. Can't think of a better one!

Got some stuff here and stay very happy with it. They all arrived working fine and well packaged, arrived in well time, not really long to wait. I save such more money here, local shops offer very expensive products.
