Peyton Bates was outstanding. I would still be lost if he didn't stop in and help us pick the right plan that day. He was patient, enthusiastic, and he still checks in weekly to make sure we are doing well! 10/10
They gave me one quote option - the same company I was already using! Terrible, horrible, service... likely scraping your info to sell to scammers. Do Not Use.
They have ads that if you are doing a google search for another site - nothing to do w insurance - AN EVERQUOTE AD POPS UP AND TOTALLY BLOCKS THE SITE YOU WERE Actually trying to access. DO NOT USE A SCAMMY COMPANY!
DO NOT ever get a quote from their site and DO NOT put your contact details there ‼‼
You will get hundreds of calls from so many different numbers in a few minutes and that's TOO MUCH! I warn you, DO NOT!
Tip for consumers:
TOO MANY CALLS!!

TOO MANY CALLS!!!
I am pretty upset about this company.
I was looking for car insurance quotes online for temporary car insurance. I filled out their form with my personal details. They then linked me to three to four other websites which then asked me for more of my personal details. I didn't get a quote appearing on a webpage that i wanted.
Instead, within 1 day, i had 10-15 texts, 5-10 spam calls and 10-15 emails asking me to text them back for quotes. Now some of them did offer insurance quotes along with their texts. But they came from MANY MANY insurance companies, so that if i told them i wanted to stop, another insurance company would just bother me. I want this to stop. And they do not make this stopping process easy.
I had to google this data privacy form in order to stop the calls.

I had to fill out this form several times with the same information in order to get through. In the meantime, I had to endure another day or so of spam calls, texts and emails from insurance agents. Which I don't want.
I also had to put my phone number on the do not call registry
https://www.donotcall.gov/
Again, it takes awhile to go into effect.
I don't know if this way of doing business it's legal. But even if this is, it doesn't seem very ethical or customer friendly to me. Left a bad first impression. I don't want to see them again. Hope they change their ways.
Tip for consumers:
Don't enter your data

the quoting service (it's free but it gives you lots of spam calls/texts/emails)
So shopping for homeowners insurance, clicked on them to get a quote. They took me to another screen and showed two links. Neither had any of the information I entered on the everquote site. Then they started calling me. Some demon dialer thing and once you answer they put you in a hold queue. Then the person puts you into another queue to call some insurance agent. They do trade some information with the agents but a total misrepresentation. One said they were Independent and then came up with a Farmers quote. The Allstate one seemed to be the only one that was actual. On the fourth call I told them to STOP calling me. Blocked that number. Then started getting calls from other numbers and had to block those.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS site! Yes they are routing you to insurance agents who are too lazy to go beat the bushes for business but they just keep calling and calling and calling. Then they want you to jump through flaming hoops to get them to stop.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS model for the consumer.
All it does is sends your information to insurance sites. The calls start coming in. If you enjoy telemarketers harassing you, this is the perfect service.
No credit for disconnected numbers.
People sat they weren't looking for whatever it is they give you the lead for.
They resell same name over and over.
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time, energy or money. Their leads truly suck. Unfortunately I prepaid for a bunch and not one is legit.

Dont waste your time typing and clicking... it never ends and then within 1 minute, the phone starts ringing.
Scam. Your phone blows up will sales people. They do not even forward your information to the companies.
EQ used to be the best in the industry. They've gone downhill and are sending trash leads to agents. Look elsewhere for quality
Won't stop calling. Tried helping my friend get a quote. Told them 4 times to not call me and the quote was not for me. Yet they keep calling.
Tip for consumers:

They make you fill out all the forms, only to link you to the other providers where you just have to repeat all the steps again and again. COMPLETELY POINTLESS WEBSITE
All it does is send you into this idiotic endless bunch of websites that keep demanding the same information I already entered!
What a dumb idea!
They will sell your info and will get tons of spam calls everyday. DON'T EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM SPAM CALLS
