I recently received a shipment of water filters from Everydrop, a Whirlpool affiliate, as part of my annual subscription. Despite subscribing to take advantage of the advertised 20% discount on the "Original" price, I discovered that the same filters were being sold at an even lower price on Amazon. This feels like a deceptive practice, as it undermines the value of the subscription and makes it difficult to justify the ongoing commitment.
When I contacted Everydrop about price matching, they were unwilling to accommodate my request. This was particularly disappointing as I expected better treatment as a loyal customer. The company's lack of flexibility and the additional shipping costs associated with the return process left me feeling frustrated with my overall experience.
Tip for consumers:
I recently received Everydrop water filters, but found them cheaper on Amazon despite subscribing for a discount. Everydrop refused to price match and charged excessive return shipping. I'm disappointed with their customer service and deceptive practices.
